My favorite restaurant. The lighting is perfect, the ambiance is ideal. No distracting (annoying) TVs playing. Feels like you left Indianapolis.
Went here on lunch break from work on Thursday at 11:30. The restaurant was about half full. We never got our food, and an hour went by. We had to leave without eating. I asked if we could not pay for our drinks the manager called me a b*tch and said that we had to pay for our drinks. They charged us each a different amount for when we ordered nothing but coke products. The manager assured us that we would have our food in 7 minutes, but we had to get back to work. The manager continued to explain that they take call in orders over customers that are in the restaurant, and that's why it took so long.
Much better than the one in Avon. I thought all were equal clearly not. This location is quick and has more flavor in their food
3.During lunch hours I presented a Restaurant.com certificate. The waiter declined to honor the certificate claiming it was only good for dinner. However, the certificate's only restriction was a minimum purchase of $20. There is no lunch restriction. I argued with the waiter and he said he would call his boss, the owner. He came back to the table and said they would honor the certificate only this time but not in the future. We finished our meal and were getting ready to pay when the waiter informed us that Restaurant.com would not honor the certificate in that it is not valid. Later I contacted Restaurant.com who told me that the certificate is indeed valid and there was no attempt by El Arado to redeem that certificate. Therefore, my complaint is that El Arado lied to me, did not honor a written agreement, and that they owe me $10 and an apology. DISHONESTY IS WORSE THAN ANY MISTAKE.

I would have given ZERO stars if it were an option. To start off while eating our chips and salsa we had water dripping from the air ducts on our heads, drinks and food. We requested to move tables. It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the food after we ordered. When we finally got our food it was cold, dry, and very poor quality. After expressing our frustration to our sever she left to see what she could do and never came back. Finally after waiting 30 more minutes we had to get out of our table and go to the front counter and ask fir the manager. The OWNER came out and showed us how poorly the business was ran with no customer service skills. We will not be back and I would not recomend to anyone.
Great food for the price. Authentic food that is amazing. Friendly staff, helpful staff, indoor outdoor dining.
This store is way better than the one off of Southport and Emerson. After going there tonight I will always be going to this one from now on
Everything about this place was average. Food was ok. I've had much better food at other establishments. Prices are pretty good. My drink was pretty good.
