Falcone Volkswagen Subaru and Saab provided me with a great car buying experience. I was looking at several different cars (and brands) and they held one for me so that I could take my time and not feel rushed. They never pressured me to buy a car from them. The sales team was very personable and attentive. Once I narrowed down my search they were able to answer all questions and address any issues I had. I finally decided to buy a car from them and have had zero regrets. I can truly attest that they do not charge a dealer or doc fee. I have since serviced my car which was another wonderful experience. The service team knew the exact issue and were able to provide a timely fix as well as communicated with me in terms that I understood. Not to mention, my car was washed and vacuumed when it was finished! I would highly recommend Falcone to any friends and family for an all-around great car buying and service experience. I will continue to be a supporter and customer of Falcone.

I brought in my 2013 Goldwing to the service department. As always, they did a great job and great customer service, however; the sales staff need training on customer service. I was there on March 11th and the sales staff decided to have a meeting and hold it in the waiting room. There was no other place for me to wait. I walked in and they kicked me out. So for an hour I waited in the garage service area in 40 degree temperature. That's ridiculous. They were more concerned about their own Comfort than the comfort of a paying customer. It makes a big impression on a customer when your employees think of no one but themselves and the gripe session they were having in their meeting. Very disappointed in their inconsiderate sales people. They could have moved the meeting to the showroom floor which was closed at 9 a.m. instead they emptied the coffee pot and then didn't even come to get any of the service customers to let us know when their meeting was done.
After doing lots of research before buying my first streetbike I decided to stop in Dreyer and see their selection. My sales guy was absolutely wonderful! Not pushy at all, very caring and easy to talk to!! I decided to go with a 2015 300. Missy in finance is heaven sent!! Very easy process, and quick!! She even called a few days later just to check up!! you dont find that often anymore! My first day of getting my permit I hit a HUGE pothole in between railroad tracks!! Bent both rims, and blew the front tire. Thankfully I was able to keep it up so no plastic damage nor damage to myself! I took it in a few days later to get an esimate. Service got me right in and took care of her within a matter of a few days!! Every person here is just amazing to work with! Im so happy to have my bike back in perfect condition with a smile on my face of all the help they have done for me! Definintely a 5 star business! I will never go through another shop!
My husband called up to make an appt. to test drive a used Pilot that Penske had advertised. We had an appt. at 4:30pm. We got there about 4:25 and he went in to tell the salesperson we were there for our test drive. She came out with some keys, but couldn't find the car. She went back inside and said the other set of keys were gone so someone must be out driving it. (No matter apparently that we had called for a specific appt.) We waited for 30 minutes and no Pilot appeared. The salesperson kept trying to get us to look at other cars which weren't what we were looking for and still didn't admit that she knew where the other car that we had an appt. for was. Are they that slipshod for crying out loud? I'd not go back here again...it was a waste of time and I'm fairly sure she was lying and knew that the car had previously been sold , but didn't tell my husband that when he called because she just wanted him to come in.
After visiting another dealer and receiving what felt like "we sell enough cars you are really not that important" I left there and drove to Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram where Clarence found my husband and I wandering around on the lot while he was tending to other business, he asked if we needed help and of course I said "oh I am just looking" really trying to not engage to quickly. Clarence took care of his other business quickly and came to where we were and from that point forward we could tell we had encountered a salesman that we would enjoy dealing with. Our first impressions were substantiated soon after when we purchased our car that night and it was one of the best experiences we have had. I have always considered buying cars much like going to the dentist in the '60s/70's I hated the experience but Clarence made this one enjoyable and I will buy from him again.
I went to this car lot with 700 dollars, saved up for months to get this down payment. I was scared to buy a car by myself, I dont have a man to help me.. I went to several lots in that area. People wouldnt even come out to talk to me. Then still they made me feel as though they didnt care about me. I stopped here cause it looked like they had nice cars. The salesman came right out and treated me like a person! Let me go around and start the cars I liked, Test Drove 2 of them. I settled on a 97 Pontiac Grand Prix.. Its my baby. drives so good. I dont know what happened with those other people but this lot treated me very nicely. I was looking up their phone number to tell them Id be late. They helped me get my kids to school, get me to work, and only charge me 50 a week! This is my kinda lot!
This is the fifth Wing I've bought from Dreyer Honda. My first was in 1981, and I bought it from Jr. Dreyer. I traded that for my 1990 GL1500, then I traded that for my 2001 GL1800, then I traded that for my new 2012 Wing. I've bought them all from Jr. Dreyer. I've always been happy with my Goldwings. Honda builds a superior product, so I never have any service issues. Just change the oil once in awhile and you are fine. I hate to say how much I've spend on my Wing. The employees at the parts counter know me by name. They are very knowledgeable, and they've spend hours with me, helping me to accessorize my Wing with a CB, foglights, passenger armrests, spoiler, and every piece of chrome imaginable.
I bought my first bike here... proudly... at the oldest Honda dealer in the USA! My dad bought his bikes here, and my grandfather bought his bikes here too... They must be doing something right, to be here over 50 years. The sales department is great. Not too pushy, very informative. And friendly too. Even if you're not buying. It's fun just to come and hang out. The parts department is helpful. If you need any assistance, the staff is always willing to look up whatever you need. The service department is good too. They get booked up fast, so I recommend setting up your appointments in advance. It's worth it, because they do the best work in Indy. Thanks, Dreyer Honda!
This is the BEST place in the area to go!! They make buying a car fast and easy. The staff is all family and very professional. My Job is to find business in the area that are honest, friendly, legit and professional...and this car lot is OUTSTANDING!!! They price their cars exceptionally low and are proven to be interested in whats best for the customers. I went here to pretend I was a customer to scope out the new business opened in the area and I ended up taking my daughter here for her first car. She was overly excited as were her father and I on the great quality of the car for the low price. I would reccomand this car lot out of any others in the area, HANDS DOWN!!
I think Freedom Auto Sales is a great place to get a vehicle. This car lot is willing to help people with bad credit to get another chance to boost their credit and reliable trasportation. When I went to them, they got me into a great car. As for the comment left by saragreen24, you just have to relize that not ever used car is going to work like new. If you want a vehicle like that then go and get new. If not then be thankful for what you have. When I perchaced my car they offered me a warranty that would pay fot problems like that. Overall Freedom Auto Sale is a gtreat place to not only get a vehicle, it's also a great place to build up your credit score.
