Unfortunately, I cannot remember the man's name that did my belly button piercing. However, he did an incredible job! Yes it definitely hurt, but it depends on how thick your skin is on your belly. He prepared me for the needle stick and after it was over, it was DEFINITELY worth it. I'd refer them to anyone wanting a piercing. The tattooing I am unsure of ONLY because I haven't gotten one yet. I plan to get one very soon, so I'll be glad to inform the readers of my experience. DO NOT go to anyone that doesn't work in a shop and/or without a license, that is the WORST thing to do. My sister illegally got her first tat done by some boy we went to school with and it was sloppy, let alone the worst work I've ever seen. Only person I can recommend is her certain tattooer, Biz. Other than that, stick to shop-workers. Piercings outside of a shop can get infected quickly and end up crooked and/or pierced in the wrong area. BE SMART AND GO TO A SHOP! Good luck to all!
By far the best experience ever. Went in to get my tongue pierced and soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly young lady. Didn't get her name but she was incredibly nice and informed me that she was apprenticing as a piercer and that the owner would be in shortly if I was willing to wait. Of course I did. The wait was comfortable and short and I happened to make some small talk with 2 lovely ladies getting tattooed. I was asked if I'd like any refreshments while I waited but declined but really appreciated being tended to. Once Tom ,owner and piercer, arrived he was quick to attend to me and was very friendly. This was a learning experience for the young lady and I also as Tom explained what to look for and how to do the piercing. After literally like 1 minute if my tongue being out the piercing was done and I barely felt anything. Highly recommend Body Language and will more than likely return for either piercings or tattoos
I have had 2 of my 5 tats done at the W. Washington Street one. The first one I had done was amazing and I really loved the artist. The second time I went, the previous artist I had moved to the Avon one. I was with a group of people and we decided to stay at the washington street one. The artist I had was awful. He was rude and very antisocial. When he did mine, he pushed way to hard on my chest, was digging the needle in, and was just very rude. I had told him what I wanted done and he had to ask me when he was in the middle of doing my tattoo if he could add color, which I had already said I wanted before he started. I will not be going back to any Artistic Skin Design because of this.
Great shop!!! I have been to several shops in the Indianapolis area and I have to say that Body Language Tattoo is by far my favorite, and my go to shop from now on. The first thing you notice when you enter is the bright, clean shop itself. So many other shops seem to try and create a dark dungeon-like atmosphere, Body Language is the complete opposite. The staff were super, very friendly and not intimidating at all. MrBill really worked with me to make sure my design was the absolute best it could be. I have no problem highly recommending this shop!!!!
Matt was a great help to my son. He came in for his first two tattoos and Matt guided him through everything he was doing in order to assist my son. On top of that, the work was fantastic. The details in both tattoos were beyond realistic. My family is extremely happy to call this a superb tattoo shop. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and we all felt comfortable. I highly recommend getting any work done here, I guarantee it turns out great
everyone is allowed their opinion but when you do it and don't rightly know what your talking about then the review is bunk. Steel Rod only uses professional Machines not a gun. so please do not pay attention to this review it was obviously written by someone who is not well versed in the tattoo lifestyle. If your looking for some serious and awsome work check out the guys at Steel Rod I would stand behind them no matter what.

My sister and I got our first tattoo here from MrBill. He was amazing! He was very easy going and joked around which made my sister and I a lot more comfortable. He did a fantastic job on our tattoos and we are really pleased with the incredible service we got here. All of the other staff we met were also very welcoming and made it a good experience.
Concrete Ink is one of the best shops around I would recomend there services to anybody any time. Billy B is one of the best artists on the west side of Indianapolis and is totally profesional. His aprentice Matt is an up and coming artist as well and will be a top notch artist before you know it. Check them out today
