I like them, they have SO much stuff and yes it's returns. They might be opened and resealed, they might be never opened, but if you've gone to the website and viewed items and READ the information given, you'll already know that what I've said above is stated. It is what it is. I've made several purchases at BID and WIN it.com and I've never been disappointed. If you HAVE concerns about the merchandise, then yes by all means go by sometime and look around. There's a whole floor downstairs of buy it now stuff. The owner and staff are the nicest people and would be happy to show you around or let you wander through to check things out. If you're looking for a specific item to examine, you should probably go in with the auction number and the item name so they can take you to it easily, 'cause they have a LOT of stuff for sale. Be an informed consumer and read the details and if you're still not sure, if you're local enough, go by and check it out.
I do like this store and the fact you can stand in one spot and look. I've been going there for years and have even found presents for my husband and father-in-law. That being said they are weird about people using their restroom. It never fails that my child has to use the restroom every time we go. One time I was told it was broken. Another time I was told they don't have one and to use the tire discounters' restroom across the parking lot. I had an armful of stuff I was going to buy but ended up having to leave.
I have to agree with you. When I go there its hard to get anyone to help you and most of the cashiers and service desk people are not very polite. I know that they deal with some tough people all day but customer service should be with a smile. It shouldnt matter what you've dealt with that day. I always try to be nice to others even if I have had a bad day.
Surprised recently when I was looking for an area rug. I spoke with the department manager about a rug that obviously had been returned and was labeled with the incorrect price. Manager sold me the rug for the lower price. It pays to speak up. Sometimes I find long lines at this store , but they only have a few checkout lanes open.
This is a wonderful little shop with nice things for decorating, jewelry, baby items and more. I would give 4 stars but some items are overpriced (try HomeGoods for similar items for much less) and it's such a small crowded shop.
Really cute kids' clothes here and good quality, too. You can find some bargains here when they mark down their holiday merchandise. I also like the greeting cards they carry. Store is always clean and neat.
Nice place. as a convenience store, they have a variety of stuff you can choose from. Plus, they're really nice n cool people.
A bit higher than Wal-mart but has a better selection of clothing, housewares and electronics.
The sales associates could be more friendly and helpful, of course, some of them are great.
Good variety, decent staff. Average department store. I'd reccomend it
