Was thoroughly impressed with this hidden gem. Located right behind Kroger's in McMahan Plaza, King's hosts a huge selection of name brand and designer shoes. I brought in my wife's favorite pair of pumps to get new heels several months ago and have been coming back at least once a month to check out their new stock. I purchased a pair of Ecco loafers that haven't left my feet in weeks. So comfortable! Bill, a charming Russian fellow, fixes shoes like no one's business. You have to check this place out!

Awesome work! After looking at the price to replace my purse due to the zipper sliding off I decided to see if it could be fixed. I took it to Kings yesterday and it was ready today. Zipper slide back on and professional stitching to prevent it from coming off. Extremely affordable. Owner was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. A++ in my book.
I have used this shoe repair shop for years. It was in St Matthews on Shelbyville Rd for many years & in the Mall by the Barber Shop long ago. It's been around a long time. Thought he had closed up until I found him in Plainview on the side of Kroger across from Friday's. He always does great work & is extremely reasonable.
They do great work. Good quality work. However; you will need to call before going. They have strange hours and they change without notification. Also, need to call before going to pickup shoes to verify the repair is done and that they are open. They lack the commitment to have the repair done by the date they give you.
Quick, dependable and well done. My dog had chewed the heel of a new shoe. While I don't think anyone could have made it look like it did "pre-dog" this shop owner did a great job making it look almost undetectable. Great job!
I feel more confident taking my shoes and boots to Cinderella Shoe Repair than any place I've been before. I trust the gentleman. His prices are unimaginably reasonable. Give him a try! You won't be disappointed.
The guy is so friendly and does such good work. He fixed my shoes while I waited and it was about 5 minutes. Prices are great! If you can't find it look behind the Skyline Chile next to where Friday's used to be.
I sent my Louis Vuitton purse here to get the zipper fixed and they did a wonderful job. They even fixed a tag that was coming loose for free. I will not hesitate to have other items fixed here!!
I have been a client for many years going back to the Shelbyville Road location. I have always experienced friendly and courteous service and excellent workmanship. The prices aren't bad either.
So excellent. Best shoe/purse/leather repair in Louisville. Kind, friendly owner. Exceptional work, reasonable prices. A+
