I stayed at the Clubhotel Inn & Suites for just one night. But I can't tell you how nice it really was. I arrived quite early till check in time. But the staff was very friendly & allowed me to go ahead check in. They must have saw how tired I was. :) They had a happy hour type social early that evening, but I was unable to attend. But it was really nice to know they offered they kind of entertainment. They room was nice & clean. While my room was close to the highway, the noise was not a big problem at all. In fact, I hardly realized it all. I would strongly reccommend this hotel for the leisure or business traveler & I know when I am traveling through Nashville again they will certainly get my business again.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly. However, it wasn't so much the hotel that made our trip so enjoyable. It was the gentleman at the front desk - Larry. Larry went out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure that my husband, two sons and I had a wonderful trip. He paid extra attention to my sons, indulging their sweet tooth with an extra cookie (or two!). We had booked a room on Dec 30th. After exploring the beautiful city, we wanted nothing more than another day to be able to enjoy it even more. Larry made it possible for us to do so. I only hope that hotel management will see this. Larry is an incredible asset to your hotel!!
This hotel was a great place to go. The rooms were big, the breakfast area and dinner/bar area was very nice. The only complaint I could come up with is that the breakfast buffet eggs were not very good! They were pretty watery eggs (esp for scrambled). One warning... if you're using your Starwoods Rewards card, they will probably put your reservation down as the name on the Starwood's account instead of the name you give them. I had my Starwoods Rewards before I got married, so it took a bit to find our reservation due to the fact that it was under my maiden name. Other than that, our stay was GREAT! I am already looking into booking another trip and staying at the Sheraton.

We're locals, but we stayed at the Downtown Hilton for our anniversary. It was a great plan: nice dinner, concert at the Ryman and don't worry about the traffic. This is a great full-service hotel. The staff was wonderful and took care of all our needs. And, the location of the hotel makes it perfect to just walk to almost anything in downtown (especially Bridgestone Arena, Music City Hall of Fame, Schermerhorn, and Broadway). Next time you need to get away, the Hilton Downtown Nashville should be the centerpiece of your plan.
The staff at this property is unbelievable! I was travelling on business and got (embarrassingly) ill. They did everything from run me to the clinic (in the complimentary shuttle) to pick up my prescription. Not only that, but actually brought chicken noodle soup and gatorade to my room - at no charge!!! They have 5 star staff in a great location. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Nashville, but plan to enjoy the nightlife rather than the local clinic!!!
The room was very good but the food at the capitol grill was really not that good - for the eggs benedict the eggs were too cooked, the hollandaise sauce had too much pepper and the potatoes were soggy and I was not impressed with the service - we had to ask for water way too many times. I am not complaining about the price but for the price we do expect better food and better service. I don't think that I will come back to the restaurant of the Hermitage hotel.
We stayed at this hotel while enjoying O.V.C.basketball tournament the !st weekend of march 2012. on arrival we were" greeted with"welcome home" and warm cookies and unfortunately tornadoes. the staff did a very good job keeping us informed of the situation. when the siren sounded "take cover'"we were directed to their safe place until it was safe to return to our rooms.I felt safe and welcome here and will return.
Was here for a work conference and it was really nice. If I did not live in Nashville, I would definitely use their hotel services. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for parking. In addition, they had complementary drinks for us and had a huge conference room set up beautifully with pitchers of water. Would definitely recommend for the hotel and/or conferences.
