Horrible customer service. I paid $5.00 to reschedule a delivery, and the Tampa UPS Customer Service Office failed to make a redelivery attempt and mistakenly sent the item back to the original sender instead. I called the UPS customer service 3-4 times, but they are just as incompetent and can't fix the problem. Unfortunately, this is another example of a company that is too big to fail, and lost sight of what really matters. "best service and lowest rates"
STAY AWAY.!!! Cant express that enough. Management is so unprofessional. Hired on thursday, worked, came in friday worked, told to come in early monday. Got a call monday morning from the staffing agency saying dont come in anymore, they decided to hire back the guy who quit and i replaced, after i just went out and bought new clothes for the job with money i didnt have. They didnt even have the balls to call me themselves. COWARDS. If your thinking about working here DONT.!!!
Just made my first visit to this store, and I love it! So friendly, and efficient. And I was escorted to my car, under an umbrella, as it was pouring rain! Rare to find such service anywhere!
I have never wrote a review, but this time I could not help it so I had to: This is the most horrible experience I ever had in my entire life, do NOT go there, the manager/owner is a very dishonest and horrible person. go anywhere but this store.
called for quote ,at 3:30pm on Friday, then after invoicing customer, went to ship , Saturday morning and the shipping was 8 dollars more and the packing was 10 dollars more, same measurements, weight and location, bait and switch or incompetence? Either way took my shipping elsewhere
Kevin Hodge does an excellent service and at a very reasonably priced cost.He IS my air conditioning guy from now on.
