Took my invalid father to this store to get 3 pairs of pants altered. Linda behind the counter asked if he would try them on. I told her it was too difficult for him, could they just measure his inseam. She told the seamstress, Dida, who was holding an unlit cigarette in her hand, that she needed to measure my dad. Dida proceeded to disappear in the back. When she returned with another lady with an unlit cigarette, Linda again asked her to measure my dad. She very rudely spoke to Linda telling her she should do it because she was going on a cigarette break. Linda took her abuse professionally and asked her how exactly she should do it. (This is not her job). Dida very rudely told her how and stood there and scowlingly watched her and then left to go smoke. I asked if there was a manager. Linda went to get him. (His name is Mike). I could see her talking to him (he was vacuuming). His gestures and body language showed he was being rude to her as well. She came back and told me he said to get my name and number and he would call me back. I instead got all of their names. Awful customer service. Won’t return. My parents have been long time customers too.

Only go here because it's the closest one to my apartment. There's alot of visable damage to the ceiling from water leaking in, the toilet has never been in working condition for patrons. Alot of machines caked up with soap, leaking water during cycle or just plain out not working at all. Not enough tables for folding if more than 6-8 people washing at the same time. The dryers are a great size but alot of the plastic covering the push buttons for temperature selection are worn or cracked and some not readable for temperature selection. I do like the fact that it uses a chip card to start all machines, I don't like to carry cash-especially coins.
The girl behind the counter was more helpful than people I've seen who get paid probably 10 times a much. Seems to really appreciate her job. Her husband came in to say hi and helped me with my laundry, which was very out of the ordinary, but I couldn't have been more greatful!! Without them both, I'd have been there all night! I'm going back tomorrow and everytime I have lkaundry that I need done until I move into my new place which has a washer and dryer. With the great service I received there, who knows, I might go back in just for the service and the company. She actually didn't watch TV the whole time like most employees that work in that business. She dropped everything to help me everytime I needed it, and she still managed to get all the stuff she was responsible done before the day was done. If all companies had employees like that the economy would be one hell of a lot better. You asked me for my opinion, well here it is. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with them.They ruined an expensive sweater I bought my wife for Christmas, then denied all wrong-doing and wouldn't even allow me to talk to a manager, etc. No manager ever seemed to be there nor did anyone seem to have any responsibility whatsoever.Worst customer service experience I've ever had in 40 years. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and going to let everyone I know - and don't know, but can get a hold of - know how horrible they are.
****** DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ***** i was a customer here for awhile, and the first incident I had was when they lost one of my shirts. The old owner who was great apologized to me, and ended up refunding me my money for the shirt. The business was since sold to a Mr. Patel. The other day I dropped off my clothes, and my roommate had given me $410.00 for bills. I dropped my clothes off at 6:40 and didn't realize that the money was in my pocket until after they closed. I went there the next morning and spoke to a different girl, who grabbed my clothes, only to find no cash in there. The girl who took my clothes at the time of the drop off is saying that she didn't see it. Mr. Patel who is the owner will not return my calls. He also owns Pioneer Cleaners on MacDill. Please DO NOT USE THESE PLACES
Ruined a dress. Spotter took the color right out of it. Won't compensate for the loss. not registered under this name with Division of Corporations. Good luck doing business with them.
They ruined a $300 silk blouse by fraying the fabric and it was very clear that it was rubbed too hard. I talked to the manager and she denied all responsibility and became very aggressive and argumentative, reminiscent of a second grade school yard fight. I just took my item and left as who has time for that behavior? So, I would highly recommend that you avoid this cleaner!!!!
