I've been with the study for a few months. I, unfortunitly for me, have what I consider severe acid reflux. Then again, I can only judge what I feel. The medical personel at West Wind'r are the highest quality any one can ask for. My feelings and problems are treated with the importance, that I feel is more, than I can ask even, if I was paying for their services. These professionals have for three months stopped my acid reflux from the first dayon. Not even once have I had a sleepless night or burning in my throat. These three monthes have been the best in fifteen years. I have now graduated to phase two, where I've been told to stop taking the medicine to see if acid reflux comes back. Well like Summer follows Spring and day follows night, it's back. What's been extremely important to me is to know I can be helped. When my appointment comes up. I am excited and thrilled to go. In fact, I'd like to start all over to have three more monthes. BUT the anticipation of never having acid reflux again makes me want to complete the study and bring this part of human suffering and misery to an end. A world with out acid reflux would be a step closer to Nirvana.
Can you tell from all the "stars" how I feel about the people behind the counter in the pharmacy. Corey and Andrea went beyond the "call of duty" to help save me money for a pre rip tigon I've been recently taking.. Corey called and left a message that the coupon on file was expired and to bring a new one to get the discount. In my busy schedule of late, I hadn't got the message and came to the store without it. In my haste to get to the store I left my phone. Andrea was kind enough to input my info on her phone to help me get the discount. I even tried to give her money and she refused it. Would have been worth every penny. Props to people willing to go above and beyond expectations........a big THANKS��������
Wonderful pharmacy and staff. They deliver my medication to me at no cost to Sarasota. I have never known a pharmacy to do that. They always take time with me on any questions or concerns I have. I never feel like I have to hurry. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They even remind me when I am due for my medication to be delivered. They make one thing in my life a lot easier and that is very important to someone with multiple health issues. They even sent me a text on my Birthday and that was very nice! Thanks to all the staff at Quality Specialty Pharmacy.
Called to confirm that they had all the information needed to get my medication for treatment approved and ready for ship. Very friendly, courteous and handled everything with efficiency. They informed me that they needed to have my info & prescription for my treatment meds transferred to another specialty pharmacy in the region and explained to me why and what for and they handled that very quickly and efficiently as well. The other specialty pharmacy called me the very next day and my treatment meds were here in 3 days! Thanks so much Tonie!!
From Thomas Kane On the outside chance you didn't get my phone review or I didn't include my name,I am doing another. I worked with both Anna-Lisa and Rebecca on the phone a few days ago. They were both extremely helpful. I made it clear to Rebecca that I needed my meds before I went out of town and she went out of here way to make sure that happened. It is nice to know that people still go out of their way to assist people as they did, and want QSP to know they have 2 wonderful employees. Thanks again girls!
Rebecca assisted me with some issues I was up against on getting the meds needed and then the shipping of them.....she went above and beyond to help and I so appreciated her efficiency, kindness and understanding. She made a frustrating situation way less stressful. THAT is a rare thing to experience in customer service out there. This people at this business are very curtious and professionalable. Whenever I go into the Shoppe to get my prescriptions or to pick up something quickly, someone is there to ask if I need help. The waiting times for my prescriptions have never been longer than 7 min. unless I want to leave and come back later. They are always helpful and polite. I couldn't have asked for better service! My old pharmacy was being extremely difficult and not helping find a medicine that my insurance would take. The girls, Anna-Lisa, Kali, and Ashley, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and found a prescription that my insurance would cover while also helping me deal with my dermatologists office. They handled everything for me and made it very stress free. I couldn't be happier. Definitely going to keep using this business.
Recently Quality Specialty Pharmacy became my new pharmacy and moved away from the big chains. I really liked their commitment to get me my medicine and stay flexible with my schedule especially with my work schedule being so demanding. The customer service is great and even reminded me of my next refill. I've never had anyone do that before. I appreciate all they do and now have a pharmacy relationship me just as important as my local physician.
