This store "packaged" and shipped $10,000 worth of art from an auction and destroyed the contents of each package due to their negligence. On top of their lack of knowledge the person (Jorge) who answered the phone could neither speak English nor write down a number (that I understand, but at least someone who can communicate should follow up on the 5 voicemails I left). The owner, (Freddy?) eventually foisted their crappy service off onto UPS. The issue was simple, the boxes chosen were too large and were not filled with enough packing material, and the corners were not covered. In one picture you will see that they covered two corners but left two others uncovered - perhaps in a hurry? Either way take note that Pakmail Kendal steals packing materials from the USPS and uses the boxes your tax dollars pay for in their business. Bottom line, the pictures shifted in transit resulting in two broken frames, on the Deutsch oil paintings and a totally destroyed Kahlo original water color.

Marvelous delivery company... straight up, honest, reliable service, quoted prices always honored. Miami is not known for long–time worker retention, and yet here, year after year, the SAME drivers continue to work and deliver our important deliveries with NO problems! Seems to me Comet Delivery is doing something RIGHT!
BE AWARE!!! SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISKThe employee at this location wanted my company to buy a next day shipping for a box ship within florida. Everyone knows that ground services within the state of Florida are a 1 business day service and 1/3 of the cost of next day service.When I told this to her, she became furious because i did not buy the next day she wanted me to pay for, note ground wAs $19 and next day $35 more than ground service. The box was drop at 4pm. Seen her attitude I ask at what time was the last pickup and was told ups pick up at 6 pm. Well surely as expected, the box was mysteriously misplaced and skipped being picked up by UPS truck at 6 pm. This so it wouldn't arrive to my customer next day. This is not the first time I heard of this location loosing packages, rude customer service and careless handling. SO BE AWARE, SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK!
