I was in the drive-through for 35 minutes . This was the worst service I've ever gotten. When I got to the window I still had to wait, and the cashier said they were waiting on my fries. Kind of funny, the fries and the hamburger were both cold when I got them. I will never go back. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
One of the waiters tried to slam the drive through door on my hand, and refused to give me my food. I had waited 35 minutes in line, before the person that was in front of me drove off (was now worth her wait-I guess, there were no cars ahead of her and the inside had no customers). They finally took my order, another 15 minutes, and got the order wrong, then the boy was very rude and would not give me my food. When I reach in to get it he Slam the window shut, just missing my hand. He didn't appear to understand English either, as I had to keep repeating what I had ordered! Worst McDonalds that I have EVER been too----a lot of complaint too.
The service was the worst I have ever experienced in my 60 years on earth. We waited 27 minutes for 2 1/2 Caesar salads! All 4 people in front of us brought their order back with problems! Beyoncé at the register, was arguing with another employee, the restroom was disgusting, no water, what an awful experience for an “fast” food restaurant!
it was terrible they dont care what they say and do all they do is buy drugs patrick nicole and tony patrick was all hanging on front counter talking to his drug dealer while nicole was going outside smokin as i walked in they do this every night someone need to do something
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Just to get the wrong food. Wait for the correct food and they still give me the wrong food. And not even everything I ordered. Told me they didn’t ring it up. I ordered a salad, a kids hamburger meal, a large fry and a Coke Zero with the kids meal.1st gives me someone else meal. I give it back he tells me to keep the drink. Which I did not want. I had to tell him what I ordered. He finally comes back with my salad and no dressing. I waited another minute for the kids meal. No soft drink, no extra fry. Because according to him it wasn’t rang up. I say forget it. I leave. Get home and it’s not even a hamburger, it’s a bacon cheeseburger. Which my son won’t eat. So thanks, you made it so easy for me NOT to come back. It’s the first and last time I come to your restaurant.
Now let’s face it I’m from Texas and I have eaten a lot of water burgers this is by far the worst water burger I have ever been in hamburgers were cold
This is a very great decision in anyone's day - if you're a fan of good Chinese food! The employees at this location are all great, the proportions you get is great, the value for your money is great, and most of all.. The food is delicious!
Rice was hard and my kids complained because it was hurting their teeth, so the manager said"just touched the and is not hard" great !! No apologies what so ever, bad really bad service. ������������

I went throw the drive thru have only 30min lunch, placed 3 orders .prayed for the orders and asked them to be placed in one bag. Drove to the second window received my order and pulled away. Got half way back and was checking orders and stealing fries, and they left out one order. it sounds unbelievable to say this happens every time, but yet there is" always" something wrong .i turned around went back inside stood in line asked for the manager, spoke with Tammy I told her I was missing an order she and the person working the window said they wonder whose food that was .then Tammy asked what she could do for me.i stood for a few seconds then said I would like my food that I paid for .my family and I very seldom go to McDonald's my wife says never pull away without checking your order . I think it's rude to the other people in line behind you, but she is always right.McDonalds should make it a policy for the customers to checked the orders before they leave. Just think of the hundreds and hundreds of happy costumers. this experience just adds to the overall experience of a screwed up organization McDonald's is.When was the last time you wanted a great hamburger and great service and you thought "McDonalds"
