Customer service nonexistent, sucks! Seems they do everything possible to keep you from speaking to a real person.
Terrible service bad with customers they also harrass everybody who go there needs to be faster with help
Wow, by far the worst cable company I have ever used. Sell your information, sell your phone number. Don't want them to sell your phone number? Sure, for an extra $2/month they will stop.. Have an issue? Sure we'll send someone out. By the way, if they can't find any issues, they will charge you a fee for looking.
They make you install and do their job while you are training for NO PAY, and then find some bogus reason to fire you, so they can get FREE labor after they have used you for a week of 8-10 hour days, doing their job!
Took My call in India, couldn't understandhis dialect. He was no help, told me to wait3 hours and it would be just fine I would get all the channels. Guess what I am still waiting. What a joke, same thing when I called again and talked to female.
at first i called them about how the percantage that they buy cards at, i was told 45-55% depending on the card. Now, i came in with an abundance of cards and told a guy who calls himself "E" that i startrd collecting during conspiracy. And fitting right in with my assumption, he also assumed i wasnt knowledgeable about the topic of Magic: The Gathering. When in all honesty i started collecting right when LOB for Yu-Gi-Oh came out. He continued on to attempt to "win one over on me". He put a 10th edition Hurkyll's Recall in a pile with the "bulk rares" along with x2 gideon champions of justice, a mutavault, a balefire dragon, ajani mentor of heroes, mirari's wake And many more. i price checked the cards i knew held value, and hurkyl's recall goes for 10 something, AND is the priciest edition of all editions. But when i confronted him about the pricing he said there are copies from different editions that are worth more and the one i had is worth nothing. BTW the "bulk rare" pile are all cards priced at 50 cents. And .5:10 i believe hits at a 5% price range. All in all: this employee is either being fed horrible instructions to capatalize, or is just a horrible buisnessman. Another thing, when i confronted him about it he stated i could go to a different establishment to sell them, and that shrug off of sorts is an immediate declaration of guilt. I also asked him before the pricing insued, if he could rate my deck and give me some pointers, after he gave me my monry and the clipboard to sign my name, he directed himself to the balcony to the left where he originated as i entered. CTIS in Jacksonville is the most crasiest cable contractor, they dont pay you and the take ur code away and they dont want you to request clarity of your pay check.if you do they will fire you.absolutely No respect for the technicians.
