This is one of my favorite restaurants, great atmosphere and the food is wonderful!
What a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and a great dinner, while loooking out over the Bridge of Lions. Wonderful!
Had meal there, was ok. 24 hrs later (had not eaten anything else) ended up in the hospital for 24 hrs. Docs said it was the food/prep. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away.
We dined at this location last week and everyone in our party had issues with their orders, Most of the side were lousy, such as shriveled up fires that were lukewarm at best, green beans that were stringy and tough. One child's burger was so tough that she could not chew the patty and it's bun so stale that it hurt her mouth to try and bite into it. Though she had ordered a cheese burger, it came out without any cheese and had to be sent back for cheese to be added. My "hamburger" was actually one of their dinner steak patties and it was also tough, dry, and flavorless. I sent an email to the company last Friday and received nothing beyond an automated response acknowledging I had messaged them. Needless to say, not only will I never dine at this location again, I'll be sure to also warn others!
Wow what an amazing experience! Crab cakes looked great, the crab chowder was amazing but I have been dying for an excellent burger and haszards did NOT disappoint!! Perfection cooked, crispy bacon, melted cheddar, very flavorful top quality beef. It was juicy And amazing !!! I dipped the sweet corn nuggets in a flavorful horseradish sauce and perfectly fried homemade onion rings. I was lucky to steal a bite of my wife's pulled pork sandwich and the taste was a sweet smoky delight. It can be a challenge and a guessing game game at best when looking for a great meal and a good value in Saint Augustine and it's here at Haszards! Great owners on site very welcoming and polite. Waitress provided friendly and excellent customer service. Thank you for a great first visit.
We just moved to Jacksonville about six weeks ago and lived in St. Augustine temporarily. While we were in World Golf Village, we decided to try Caddy Shack again. This was the first time we've been back since they opened years ago, but the food was very good and service was excellent. The only thing we were disappointed with was this. While we were eating on the outdoor patio, a crew started pressure washing and it was very, very loud and stressful. My husband and I had had a very tiring day at work and moving in and this was just horrible! Why pressure wash a building at the dinner hour? Why? Although this was a horrible experience, we will return. Sherry Early
Atmosphere, food and wine were all great. Great little hide out in the nations oldest city!!
