My kids love it! And the price is Great.
I ordered a $10 dinner box and got it nearly two hours late. Also they did not put my drizzle on my pizza and it was cold. I will never order from here again.
Very good! Just as I'd expect from the original Deorios!
Ordered a large, x cheese, light sauce, pepperoni and mushroom pie. Ask the person at the drive through was the crust authentic thin, crispy crust. Was told, "oh, yeah, that is the only kind". Was told pie would be ready in @ 20 min. OK with that. I have made thin, crispy crust pies for more than 35 years--I know when it is good and I know when it was better off in the garbage. Pie was hot when I picked it up and was still hot when I arrived home 10 min later. That is where the nightmare pie began. the crust was thin but also stale and soggy. One thing I do to make sure the pie is crispy is to lighten the sauce and ingredients to keep the crust crisp. I know pizza dough and I know when it is left over from the day before, however I was told that the dough is never kept from day to day--yep I believe that one, NOT! If you bake 2 pizzas with the exact ingredients and made exactly the same way EXCEPT use day old dough on one and fresh dough on the other I guarantee unless you have no taste buds you will notice the difference. I did and will not return. I did tell the manager that no I wasn't angling for a free pizza--I still have an almost whole pizza left--but I would not be back. Yeah, I know that does not make a big difference to them but...
My children nor I like Dominoes pizza because we believe their pizza sauce is too spicy. We used to order pizza from our nearest location on Bradley Park Drive but this last time we decided conclusively that we do not like how the sauce left our mouths burning from spices. We were sure this final time that it was the sauce and not the toppings. We don't always agree on where to eat, however, the decision to not eat anything from here again was unanimous.
After driving all night we get to our hotel and check in. Decide we want pizza.. Instead of going to Pizza Hut down the street we go to exit 3 to Dominos. We pull in and there is a man standing at the door holding it open. We turn off the car and proceed to come in. The GUY LOCKS THE DOOR AND TURNS OFF THE OPEN SIGN! It's not even 10 o'clock yet!! The sign on the door says midnight, on line says midnight and the commercial says midnight.. I took pictures of the locked door, the sign being off and the guy standing behind the counter with a customer/friend/non employee sitting in side the store!! If I could post the pics I would! This place deserves NO STARS!!
I am the owner at PIZZA ROMA and the gentle men in question were told that we were sorry and we would remake the pizza and were told nothing of anything being wrong with the other pizzas,or we would have took care of it,we have had more orders from same company after this and have had no complaints,so please don't listen to what people say, unless you know all the facts, thank you and try the food and let us know.,and hope you enjoy.
Yesterday I ordered three large pizzas from this location and all three arrived cold and maintained a cardboard consistancy. To top it off I found a curly black hair on one of the the pie's. After being called a liar over the phone the resturaunt refused to fix the situation and contenued to be really rude. It's fair to say no one in my company will order from here again.
love it me and my family
