We called nalleys on dec 28 and inquired about a vehicle we were interested . When we called we told them we wanted a safety inspection done , because we were going to buy that night . When we arrived they couldn’t find the vehicle but finally found it in service . We waited an hour while they located it . We learned of this veh on line . We have not been driving vehicle except home , However yesterday on the way to church several cars almost hit us because it would only go 3 miles an hour , all lights on dash came on and it stopped . This happened on a main highway . Our son was speaking at church , so we had to arrange him another ride , we had roadside service come and when the hood was lifted we both witnessed complete loose cables on the battery , and the alternator was not putting out anything . The loose wires clearly a safety hazard and the brakes going out . The thing was when we test drove the suv it shook , the sale person said I really don’t know what it is but I see exactly what you are talking about . He drove us in the suv to the service dept . He went and talked to a service tech and then came back and told us Infiniti’s shake like this the tech said when It is cold 😳 well we weren’t mechanics so we trusted them at their word . Now , they willDo “NOTHING” about it . The safety test could have never been done . We realize now we bought it before they inspected . Now , they will not have it towed or do anything . Please please do not attempt to purchase from this place . Customers sell is weighed high , but the safety of the vehicle isn’t weighed at all . Please buy somewhere else ... We are looking to buy 2 new Infiniti’s suv in feb ....does anyone know of a dealership that places safety above a sell? It’s not nalleys Infiniti Marietta for sure
This is my second vehicle from platinum Auto Imports. Their finance process is a breeze, Easy buying experience ... I haven't had any issues with my car in over a year, passed it on to my son. They also have extended warranties at no out of pocket cost. I would purchase from Ben again. Current vehicle runs flawlessly! Thanks Ben!
Ben is the absolute worst. He sells bad cars, refuses to repair them & takes advantage of anyone that he can! He isn't an honest man! Avoid avoid avoid! Please go somewhere else! PLEASE! This man needs to be sued!

SEEKING LEGAL ACTION TOWARD THIS BUSINESSMy car buying experience from this dealership has been a nightmare to the point it caused health problems. No doubt my sales rep Frank was outstanding, however, the car i purchased is a LEMON. I found my self 2 weeks after purchased on the side of the road. The car was gasping for air. Come to find out, the car need a new engine. I did reach out to Frank who in return advised me to engaqe Ashton, Mgr. He requested I bring the car in for his mechanic to check it out. When I produced the inspection sheet ( which was performed by CERTIFIED BMW MECHANIC) he informed me that his mechanic did not have the correct tools to work on my car and gave me a referral to a repair shop(mention his name to get a discount and oh yeah, don't show the inspection sheet. Needless to say.. BUYER BEWARE!!! One star for Frank

I have had a great experience as well as my friends and family. Seen a few other reviews and wondered how much they were spending on a vehicle. Sometimes you get what you pay for but I'm sure they tried everything to help them.
