Ron is the most patient, honest, kind, knowledgeable, selfless used car salesman/broker I've ever met! Ever. I'll always send family and friends to him. He's in this business because he truly cares and wants to keep his customers safe and happy. Here's how I became fortunate enough to meet Ron and do business with him... My mechanic friend told me about his honest car dealer friend before I needed a car. When my car engine blew a few months later it only made sense to purchase a different car rather than paying for a new engine that would cost more than the car was worth. After having had bad experiences with the same make/model twice with 2 different cars I was very cautious about what my purchase would be. This would be my first financed car, so I wanted to be 100% sure of my decision. The first time I called Ron he was very open, listened carefully to everything that I was looking for, then suggested that I 1-read the reviews online written about him so that I knew who I was doing business with & 2-come meet with him so that he could show me & explain the entire brokering process. I live about 3 hours from him in NC, but my family still lives in GA. I made a weekend trip and was even more impressed after meeting him and learning more about him through reading articles about him in his office. He's very active in many chairities. It was an honor just to be in his presence. Ron always respected my wishes and clearly wanted me to be safe and completely happy with my purchase. He dealth with my indecisiveness for almost a month, always being very helpful, patient, available and honest. I researched and test drove many cars over the span of 5 weeks before Ron had me in the perfect car for my son and me...know that it was 5 weeks only because of my indecisiveness. I had many experiences with used car salesmen during this time that were very disappointing and the polar opposie of Ron's honest, non-pushy business approach. From the day that Ron found the '11 Honda CR-V with all the bells and whistles down to the exact color scheme that I wanted I was driving it back to NC in 5 days!...That included a weekend and shipping the car. Ron's fees were shockingly reasonable, and he moved mountains for me. I wish I'd wasted less time being indecisive, but Ron stuck with me and was always so understanding. My father, whom is very supportive, protective & often apprehensive of car dealers, trusts and respects Ron a great deal and plans to purchase a car from him in the near future. The next time I'm visiting with my family in GA I'll definitely be stopping by just to say "hi" to Ron and show him the big smile that'll still be on my face. Do yourself a huge favor and don't waste time with car sales people who just want to make a sale and don't care enough to really listen...call Ron!
Just spoke with Glenn at Hays! Wow... great personality and made me feel welcome! Just asked him about radiator flush. I asked because the last place I got my oil chanded recommended it. I asked Glenn and he stated I wasn't due until 100,000 miles. I am at 50,000 miles. Thank you Glenn! Bought tires there also about 9, 000 miles ago, My husband researched the tires due to the cost and he said it was a very competative price. Thanks again Hayes. I have referred Hayes several times to friends for tires etc. Getting tires rotated and balanced this week ( free ) oil change and car wash and vaccume (free ) . The ladies at the service desk and who answer the phones should be more polite and not be so rushed and be more welcoming. My only suggestion.
These guys are just awesome!! (so far) me and my son pulled on the lot in need of a car.. I asked the price on the one I wanted was told 4500, I said I have 2500 and need a good car.. Guys said they would take it.. Yeah I think right!! I will be there at 9 am to address some concerns, a few lights on, want to see where they posted car for said 4500 I have searched and searched.. I ESP am enjoying HAL, and look forward to him standing by his word.. Thus far great great place, give my final rundown sometime this am!!
Truly enjoyed my experience test driving, then eventually buying a Ford F-150. Rodney was great to deal with, cars were competitively priced, and I had time to get it inspected by a reputable mechanic before purchase. You can literally buy a used car at any place but this was one of the better used car dealerships. As, with any used car purchase, test drive THEN get it professionally inspected, if the dealership won't allow you to do that, go else where. I wish buying used cars was this easy all the time.

The customer service is the best and we would never consider buying anywhere else. We also have used their service department many times over the years and have been more than pleased. Great value and truly wonderful people to deal with!!!
This company was the easiest and most comfortable place I've ever dealt with in a car buying experience. I was allowed to test drive without a distracting salesman rushing me into a deal. I was allowed to inspect the vehicle and time to decide solely before and after being presented with numbers. We worked with John Tate and he was absolutely wonderful.
I started looking for a car at 9 AM this morning and at two different locations. So after feeling discouraged, I decided to come to this location and I met John Smith at 6 PM on a Saturday. We bought our Pathfinder car from Aztec last August. The people were friendly, not phony. They took the time to understand our needs and wants and took the time trying to find the best fit for us with the cars they had on the lot.
