Where do I even begin.....the WORST establishment I have ever stepped foot into. The WORST management/owner I have ever come across. I don't typically write about bad experiences, I simply just don't return but I could not let this go. First immediately after my son ate is so called BLT (which looked more like bacon bits on bread) he was in tears complaining of stomach pain and then began throwing up in the bathroom. Mind you my son orders BLTs just about everywhere he goes. And this wasnt the only issue-cold pizza was thrown back in the oven and returned burnt, garlic cheese bread ordered-never delivered, drinks sat empty on the table-no refills and the list goes on. When the "owner"/"manager" finally came by after my sister chased someone down, he began with an arrogant attitude who could have cared less about my sick child. He became very defensive and rude. I walked out to cool down and he begins yelling across the restaurant "enjoy your free food". First I never said or intended on not paying my bill, infact, I went back in after cooling off and settled my bill with the waitress at the front, and second how do you enjoy food that has made your 14yr old son so sick the he was vomiting in the bathroom. Down right arrogant and rude individual who wanted the world to know that he was a "Man" first. I'm sorry but a "MAN" would not treat his customers the way he did. I will definitely not be going back and nor will anyone I know or come across that asks me if they should try them out. 1 star is not low enough for this establishment, and especially not low enough for the individual that calls himself the "owner"/"manager" who by the way when backed into a corner tried to call out his staff...real manager/owner material ---I THINK NOT!!!
This location is closed! Permantly. And they can't even leave a note on the door for their customers to know. What kind of management and ownership is that.
LOVE the deep dish Chicago pizza. Everything about it is our favorite. Perfect crust, perfect sauce and fresh delicious toppings. We probably drive by 6 or more pizza places to get there but well worth it!!
Robert our waiter was great! Food was also better than normal with his recommendations. Thanks Robert for taking the time to make us feel like a guest and less like a customer.
I will never spend my hard earn money at this jet's location ever again! I ordered take out which took an hour to prepare, so while I'm waiting my eyes just happen to wonder to the young lady making the salads..oh boy why did that happen?!?! I saw her sketch her head multiple times than rub her nose and than fixed the person's salad with her bare hands! So I bought it to another worker's attention, he talked to her but she still didn't wash her hands nor put on gloves nor hair net but continue to make the salad. Than the worker asks me what my order was and other questions like he didn't like the fact that I saw what I saw and brought it to their attention. So I get my order, check it before I leave and it looks delicious but boy oh boy was that an illusion because it didn't make up for taste! The pizza had so much sauce on it I couldn't eat it! I pray I don't get sick off that one bite because I will lawyer up and get that video footage pulled! If people wonder why all these rare diseases are becoming so common! It's the food we are putting in our bodies being prepared under unsanitary conditions!
Amazing pizza the gf and I go every weekend. Great Food, Service and Atmosphere.
we went on a Saturday evening with the kids. We ordered a small deep dish pizza (45 min) and they had kids pizzas. The expectations (set by our server) were for the boys to get theirs sooner since they were small thin cheese pizzas.. NOT! After ordering, the server never came back, a table of 6 who ordered after us received their appetizers AND pizzas before us. Two seconds after we flagged down another server to go check on our food, our kids pizzas came.. 3 minutes after that, our deep dish finally came out! Clearly they forgot about us.. and no one came over to acknowledge, apologize, or even check on us. In fact, she looked embarrassed to come over to our table after the runner brought over our food. The "deep dish" we were told, was 3-4 inches thick- NOT! Although the flavor was very good, the EDGE of the pizza pie was 4" high but the ingredients were half that and was actually like a normal pan pizza. Think of it as a pan pizza with a tall crust around the edges. We're from Chicago, it was NOT Chicago style pizza..I must say the atmosphere was nice. Great booths with a tv in each. Frosted glasses for beer... good sports bar restaurant. just stick to the thin crust, and expect average service, and you will love the place.
girl answer the phone wasn't very helpful Maino suggestions I had to hang up and go find a menu online
