I went to the salon at 9am on Saturday. I was asked what service I would like, the normal when you enter all nail salons. However, I didn't expect abnormal customer service. There was a strong odor of Clorox and Fabuloso. I kindly requested a mask, the man looked at me as if I were asking too much. He gave it to me then began doing my nails. I showed him a picture of a nail design that I had wanted. Immediately, he shun my phone away, saying we don't do 3-D designs. I said okay that's fine but could you design my nail in a similar pattern, lines, glitter, and diamonds. He said NO. I asked him if he does designs, he said yes but simple ones. Thinking there was a language barrier. I said well great, and reiterated all I needed were white lines, glitter, and diamonds. He said NO, again. At this point, the technician was refusing to even listen to my request. He was very rude and it was discouraging. As a first time visitor I didn't expect that level of customer service. I overlooked his rude attitude, until he told me that "I need to hurry up and figure out what design because he is too busy". Now mind you I understand how timing is important, however, he still had to finish my nails and paint my toenails with gel polish. Regardless, I am a consumer, I am paying you for services that you provided. I don't understand how you DO NOT HAVE TIME. Not only that he said that around a few other customers who were in shock because they couldn't believe he said that and in that tone. As a nail technician professional, you have to consider your customers first, make them feel comfortable, and build a rapport with your customers because you never know who they are, who they know, and how their opinions could effect your business, ultimately the business's reputation.

I will not go anywhere else. I love the family there, Cindy, Dan, and their daughters are great. Cindy does my eyebrows and my nails, and her husband does my pedicure. Great experience with spa pedicure. Tech., "Lee" was very careful and efficient, yet did not rush through service. I'll go back there again!
Horrible !!! Don't waste your time and money there. They had done a terrible job. Very bad service and bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
I went for gel nails and had to go back later in the day to fix. because there were streaks and the polish was already chipping. The UV light burned my fingers and the nail technician tried to buff off the polish and ended up drawing blood from my cuticles. My fingers actually hurt.
This is the best I have done. This shop is clean and beautiful. They have the best service ever. They are sweet, polite and good caring. You need come there at least once time. I'm sure you love it.
It was only my second time visiting the nail salon. The first time I was on edge-based on not being welcomed. I made another appt because Tony did my nails okay, and the location is convenient from my employer. I made an appointment and an hour later I was never seen. When I went to ask Tony he because abruptly unprofessional and made numerous of comments. The one that stood out the most was that he would not make a future appt for me. I politely excused myself, and would never RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
I was very happy my nails look beautiful and tech was very careful not to hurt me while he took off the old nails to give me a new set and to make my experience a pleasure getting your nails done is a gift you treat yourself to.
I wish I could give this place one less star than they really deserve. My nail service was very unsatisfactory from what I usually get. I went in there with a friend and from what I saw, she got really good service and her nails came out great. But for me it was the other way around. One girl clipped my toenail and it hurt really bad and I saw it bleed. OUCH!! Then, when it was time for me to get my gel acrylic + gel paint manicure done, the man who did my nails put on tips SMALLER than my nail and then proceeded to just lay on really thick globs of acrylic to cover it up. Most of it was on the edges of my nail and it really hurt. Also, on top of that, he had to peel back my skin so that my fingers weren't uncomfortable and that they didn't hurt, but he didn't ask me if that hurt or of it was okay. He didn't do the shape I wanted and I even showed him a picture!! And I said I wanted gel polish white and he put on regular white pollish and put it under the uv and I told him that that wasn't gel polish and he said I'm not done and all he did was put a gel topcoat on it to make it better. And I still paid $60 dollars for that because I was from Rhode Island and I was in a new place and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Let's just say, before I go on vacation, I'll do my nails somewhere else. But no offense to my friend!! It wasn't her fault under any circumstances!!
