Customer service is the worst I have ever seen and I stay at many hotels. We arrived to an empty lobby and were unable to contact an employee or the corporate 500#. Manager finally showed up, not because of our call, but because someone was vandalizing the vending machine.
Enjoyed a very relaxing two-day stay at this Hampton Inn that was clean, comfortable, and very competitive price-wise. I was in town for a family wedding and found a room for 2/3rds the price of the hotel next door on hotels dot com. The bathroom, usually the kicker at hotels, was updated and clean, the bed comfortable with a heating/cooling unit run by wall thermostat for more precise temp control. The breakfasts are the usual fare, but serviceable. Would definitely use again.
Will not provide services promised and will force you into their extra services at extra costs....if you decline they will lie to take from your deposit (I have pictures because we knew at check in that management was shady). Corporate will not return calls and their staff will rudely hang up on you.
Stop looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville and book this hotel now! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean as a whistle. They are pet friendly, and for those that do not have pets don’t be worried!, no smells or surprises. Quite and convenient location. Great for business travel.
