So I bought my car today from this place so I am writing more about my experience purchasing the vehicle more than the vehicle itself. I had visited various different places some where the salesperson was trying to sell me a specific type of car instead of letting me purchase the car I wanted. We saw this place passing it on the street and thought that we would look around, and they had cars within our price range, < $20,000. As we started looking at the cars, they asked us if we needed help, and we initially declined. After a while we found a couple of cars that interested us within our budget, so we finally went inside and asked about looking inside and eventually test driving the cars. One of the sales guys grabbed the keys for both the cars we wanted to look at and let us go outside to look in the cars. After looking at both cars, we decided on one we wanted to test drive. After driving, we decided that we wanted to see if we could finance the vehicle. It was about 2 hours later that we were able to drive away in a semi-new SUV. The great thing about this place was the whole time I was able to initiate the process each step of the way without being forced to speak with a manager or having my time wasted trying to explain why I didn't want a specific car. The staff were friendly and very enthusiastic about the car, and they even took us out and showed us how each of the features worked. This is the fourth dealer that I have bought a vehicle from, and it is by far the best experience that I have had with dealers. I actually left feeling excited about the purchase that I had just made. They have a good selection of vehicles to chose from, from $5,000 sedans, to the most expensive one being a $30,000 subaru. Being that most of the depreciation of a vehicle occurs within the first three years, you will find a majority of these ones right after that mark so you can get a nice vehicle after someone else has taken the depreciation hit. They do offer Carfax reports, so I would recommend that you look at those before purchasing a vehicle, but I feel that the quality of cars here are top notch. Finally I was able to purchase a $20,000 SUV with financing through this place at a little above 5%. This includes their Warranty program. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are looking for a laid back atmosphere where you get to make the decisions.
Missy B., Thank you for the review. Just as I expected I see you forget to mention the details that led up to us having to take back your daughters car. She failed to disclose the actual amount of her wages by providing us with old paystubs. We allowed her to take the vehicle with the exception that she provide us with the current paystub and the needed proof of residence. She failed to do either and I had to contact multiple people on the references list to get in touch with her. You also forgot to mention that I tried for over an hour to find a lender that would do the income provided with the sole purpose of keeping her in the car. As far as me jumping in the car with her, you are correct. She tried to back up while I had the passenger door open and was trying to steal MY car! smh... just as the police told you it is our property.. she hadn't been financed and I had not been paid therefore it is mine. figured with you being a "paralegal assistant" you would understand. "Common sense " anyway, yes I did forget to sign the check, mistakes happen. But your perfect so i guess you wouldn't know what that's like. I guess the key word is I "GAVE" her the money back. And all of it. It wasn't my fault the deal was returned. I didnt even charge her for the mileage or to have the car cleaned, and she drove it for 3 weeks. Your welcome by the way! And check the BBB, your wrong!

He's very knowledgeable about cars and his professionalism and good conscious will never let him tell you any Bull Sh** like many other car salesmen out there. The first time I bought a car through Mike was 4 years ago! At that particular time he was at a different dealership. Have yet to have any issues with my car! No service lights no break downs, Nothing! Just regular oil changes and Tires. So I decided to purchase a another car and go through Mike again! Found out he was at Capital Motors. This time I was looking for a Fathers Day gift for my husband! Something Nice. Mike knew right off the back their inventory vs. what I was looking for. He was very patient with me and worked with me price wise. Anything that I wanted changed or customized was done. The only negative thing was the time it took for them to finished my car. But I charge that to the Dealer itself and not Mike. I took the car to get a service check before purchasing it to make sure it was Ligit....and sure enough it was everything Mike said. Perfect! We've had our Mercedes going on 5 months now with no issues what so ever. I purchased a car from there a while back and never did a review of their services. and i figured i should. well starting off, the customer service there is great, every one is friendly, including the dogs hah, but anyhow, i purchased a rodeo from there under the "as is" deal. i drove the rodeo for about a month, and the car all of a sudden started jerking at take off. i immediately knew i was ruined due to the "as is" policy, i had my car looked at and it was something dealing with my transmission, a 1200 dollar fix. my mom convinced me to go and ask elite if they could look at the car anyway, so i did. I took it in and they gave me no hassle what so ever, i remember the guy saying, "there's no way we would let you go out like that" he said they would be willing to fix the car at no charge, the guy said it would take about 2 days for them to fix, once i pouted and explained that i had already missed work that day and couldn't afford to miss another he stated he understood. the service guy came within the next 10 minutes, got my car and had it back to me by about 7 that night. its been almost 2 years and my car is still running strong. id definitely recommend elite
I was in the market for a new vehicle recently and had seen a commercial on tv about a place called DriveTime. So i rushed to my computer and visited the website to get more info. there they had info on applications to save me time so that i could get approved. Then the next day i was contacted by a Mr. Adam Maddox and he set an appointment for me to come in and do a full application and to check out the cars on the lot. I was greeted with popcorn and a drink, very nice salesman not pushy and great family atmosphere. He walked me through the process and before i knew it I was in a car that not only i wanted but also i could afford. He did not want me to be in a vehicle i was unhappy with, he took his time and got me in a beautiful 2004 pontiac Gran Prix fully loaded. Not only what i wanted but also what i needed and could afford! I thank him and DriveTime for helping me build my life and credit back up to where it should be; and in a short period of time too! Just trying to let others know where to get a great car and great service!
I truly enjoyed my experience at Auction's Direct. I had gone to their website and printed off SIX cars that I wanted to look at. I ultimately test drove three and purchased one. Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) It was a very straight forward process where all the information was disclosed from the beginning. It was easy for me, which I really appreciated since I'd never bought a car before (my first and only car having been a gift when I graduated HS over 10 years ago.) I was nervous but they made it so simple that I really had nothing to worry about. The car I finally drove away had more frills than I intended (I hadn't planned on leather heated seats or remote start!) but even with them, I had not seem it at a better price!!! would definitely recommend this place and will purchase from there again!
I've been coming to Triangle Imports for service on my cars for years now, initially because they were recommended by a good friend but I've continued because they have always impressed me with their quality of work and their friendliness. They show me exactly what they are doing and explain why it needs to be done, and always provide estimates prior to doing the work. Most of the time they come in just under that estimate. I've done comparisons and they almost always come in under the cost it'd be if I got the work done by someone else (both dealers and other BMW service garages). They have wifi on site so I'm able to bring my car in the morning and do some work in their waiting area which is very handy, and they've provided me with a loaner car on one occasion when my car had to stay overnight with them. They also washed my car the last time I was in even though the work they did only took a couple of hours, which is a small thing but to me shows that they care
My experience at Triangle Imports was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, polite, and professional. The sales person, responded promptly to all of my email inquiries. He met me immediately with a handshake upon my arrival at the dealership, and spent significant time with me discussing my vehicle of interest, as well as providing useful background on other fine vehicles that caught my eye at this dealership. Triangle Imports has some of the cleanest and sportiest automobiles in the area. They did not pressure me, they treated me as though I was their most important customer that day, and were ready to negotiate when I was. Because Triangle Imports is "Certified" with a free warranty, I have confidence that the car I purchased from them was thoroughly inspected without the fear of unforeseen expensive mechanical repairs. Their "Certified" status and free warranty are both consumer advantages that most of their competitors cannot match.
Elite Auto Sales hooked me up with the car, no high performance machine, of my dreams. I was very pleased with my shopping experience. I purchased my first car there... and absolutely agonized for weeks. But Greg, my salesmen, was very patient. Let me test drive a couple of cars multiple times... never pressured me into the sale. A very different experience from any other dealership, as I was given my space to fully cogitate upon my car buying decision. Ended up getting an awesome deal on a 2002 BMW 325XI. Low mileage on the baby too (only came with 119,000). It needed a few repairs... but I had budgeted for that beforehand and fully expected a 6000 dollar BMW from 12 years ago to need something. Even considering repairs, I absolutely love my purchase. I was actually afraid to drive for most of my life. This car they sold me got me over it... it's just that nice a ride. I would say I'm grateful to this company. Thank you!
I went to Auction Direct because my husband recently purchased a car. He raved about the customer service from David Ngeve, Sales Consultant and the overall experience. My husband called David and told him we were coming to look at some cars. When we arrived we told the receptionist we had an appointment with David. She paged him and within less than a minute David arrived up front to greet us. He took us to a place to sit. Immediately he inquired about the type of vehicles I wanted, the color and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. While we were out on the lot looking at cars the loan officer was crunching numbers. I found the car that I wanted went on a test drive. Unlike past experiences with other dealerships it wasn't a long arduous experience. Soon after we came from the test drive the loan officer(who was also great..I wish I could remember his name) had worked out a payment that was suitable for me.
