I went look at a truck camper. I was there three times. After asking for the bottom "out the door" cost, I discovered there was no radio and the slide on the camper did not seem to be working correctly. I made an offer, slightly less then the "out the door" cost, put money down and was told (more than once) that I would get a call the following day. I waited THREE DAYS for a call back. Never did get a call. After waiting three days, I called and asked for the salesman to call me back. No one returned my call. I have been in the customer service industry for 30+ years! This company has no clue what customer service is if they can not make a simple phone call. I called back asking for the salesman again. Once again I was told he was with a customer. I went back to this dealership and got my deposit back. I will not recommend this company at all. I will not be back there again. No respect for people or customers if a simple phone call is too much to ask! Terrible salesmanship! Zero stars!

They will never call you back to keep you updated on their progress. They don't care about their customers and have no one that can help you when you call to find out if your camper has been fixed. They have had my camper for a month and half to replace a window. I had to call and find out when it would be do. They could not tell me and did not call be back after I asked them to find out. I wish I could give them -5 star ratting.

Slow service, poor communication

Called on a Tuesday for an appointment on a Thursday for tires, battery, and propane top off. I also needed wiring run for backup camera (I supplied those parts when I dropped off the rv). I had heard nothing so I called at end of business the following Tuesday to check in. Work hadn't begun and they said it would be at least 2 weeks which was not communicated to me when I dropped off the rv. Why not have me pay, they order the parts, and then set up an appointment when they arrive to install? (I'm having a stereo installed at best buy and this what they do)? Why do I need to call and check rather than be informed if the work is taking awhile (my auto mechanic does this regularly)? Why would the unit have sat with them for 5 business days with no work done? Why does a supposedly full service rv center need 2 weeks for standard tires, standard battery, and propane? These seem to be nice folks with a family run establishment. However slow service and poor communication are not acceptable in today's marketplace. I plan on going elsewhere in the future and recommend you do the same.

As good as most

I love how people complain about how slow service is, like they are the only customer and Kramer's has every repair part in stock. Every time I've brought our camper in, the work has been done right the first time, on time and the cost has always been as quoted.

The Customer Service is not good and the service is not good takes to long for them to get back at you I have filed a complant im tired of this . Seems like they need more help instead of one person answering the phone and not getting answers at all except I have not had time to check im sorry or the VM always kicking on everytime u call.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could. They have had our pop up for 11 days for a simple repair and it is still not done and no one can tell us why or when it will be done. Do not use this place!
