"Regional Waterproofing would like to thank Ms. Lynne S. for being a customer and we’re convinced she’s an excellent person. Ms. Snell acknowledged that “So far the work seems to be good, and the workmen cleaned up very well". We agree with Ms. Lynne S. as she rightfully acknowledges on 2 separate occasions in this post that work seems too good & cleanup was good. The contract that Ms. Lynne S. signed does stipulate that once all work has been done to the customers satisfaction final payment is due. Upon inspection & the customer satisfaction with our work which Ms. Lynne S. acknowledges was good, and she had no objection to the quality of our installation or work in fact as you can see above she was very complimentary of our work and installation. It is true that once we fully deliver all work in a satisfactory manner to the customer as in this case, we do respectfully require being payed for the work that we have accomplished for the customer. We are not sure why Ms. Lynne S. to exception to paying for work that in her own words work that is good, satisfactory and they cleaned up very well, especially with the contract we offered on 8-13-2014 & installation was completed on 11-3-2014. Ms. Lynne S. has not contacted our company with any continuing issues related to her crawlspace work we repaired. The work that she paid for is providing full value to Ms. Lynne S. However once we accomplish; fix the problem, come in on budget with a contract acknowledged by the customer that stipulates full payment upon completion of work that’s simply what we expect. We’re happy to add to Lynne S to our 115,000 satisfied customers for reasons mentioned above over 31 years in business.
