Last fall we had our Jeep Wrangler Sport undercoated and rustproofed at this location.We were told we had to come back annually for an inspection so as the first inspection was due we made an appointment to have the inspection.I arrived at the shop and gave them my keys,nothing else said.As I was waiting in their waiting room they notified me that my inspection was done and that it would be $65.I said I was never told that there was a fee for the inspection not at the time of the original service or at the time I handed them the keys for the inspection,nothing.I simply told them that I wasn't going to pay it and that I should have been told before the inspection when the girl at the counter called the owner and he came through the front door with the words"you owe $65.00 or we'll rinse it off.At that point not wanting some chemical sprayed on the underside of my new Jeep I paid them and told them what I thought of them,their counter girls and their way of doing business.Let me add that I called them when I got home to inform them that if they did not want to reconcile this I would no longer do business with them adding that in the last year I had spent nearly $2000 at their business on accessories for my Jeep and was needing a new toneau cover for my Ranger and that he had one in his display room that I was intrested in and that if this problem was reconciled I would continue doing business with them at that point they hung up the phone on me.
