Zak's Restaurant

We went to have a girls night out. Margaritas were suppose to be $3.75. We all ordered 3 or 4 and when we received the bills they were $6.50. We were never told that the flavored ones were more money. Our server was also horrible and kinda rude!

I absolutely love going to Zaks!! I have gone there for years. I love the atmosphere & the people. The food is great & the margaritas are awesome!! The service is always friendly & fantastic. Like any other busy restaurant, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes. It's totally normal & actually just shows how great the restaurant is to have such great business after all these years. Look at all the businesses that fail in downtown, and Zaks continues to thrive!! Zaks will continue to be one of my favorite restaurants!!

conflict out at the expense the business. She has since returned. Problems of operating in a small town. 'muff said.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times through out the years. I have had many good meals and service; my favorite is the nachos. Within the past couple of years, the customer service has been awful! This restaurant has become stuffy and the waitresses are flat out rude. The service has been bad before, but I thought it may be a one time thing, so I gave it another chance. The last time a group of friends and I ate there, we were treated like we had no business being there, as if we didn't make enough money to dine at this place. The service was terrible, the waitress took 20 minutes to bring us our drinks and the food took an hour to come out to us. We had no silverware at our table, and when we asked for it she acted like we were a burden. She charged two of my friends for the wrong items,when we finally got our bill, and asked them to "work it out" and give each other the money, so she didn't have to ring it all up again. We left a small, deserving tip, when I think about our experience. Not to mention, later that night we saw the waitress out and she said "Oh look it is the lousy tippers!" to us. I would not reccommend eating at this restaurant, I will never eat there again !!!
