I would tell my best friend not to hire Kyle Witucky he is best at making sure you receive your monthly bill. When it came to our case it was put on the back burner there was no communication between us. What he attempted to do in Stark Cty was denied after several conversations showing us he does not know what he is doing. We asked him to contact EnerVest in Feb. after another phone converation at the end of July he called EnerVest and really accomplished nothing. We felt as if he was even disrespectful to us at times. He appeared happy to let us find another attorney after almost $4000.00 and eight months and nothing accomplished. Don't waste your time unless you have a lot of money and want something done with a gas lease etc. no probate he appears not to have the time.
