I was able to write this review reading my detailed itemized bill, and get all the technical procedures written in my review correctly that Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. did, because everything was explained to me perfect, and my bill was itemized so it clearly explained what I had done. I like that also, knowing it all, and explained Very Well, A+!!! In my review of Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S., you can know reading this, that not only is Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. the Very Best A+ Dentist to choose to go to, but I know everything about my teeth. Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. is not only the Best Dentist to choose to go to A+, but here is another very unique reason to choose him. Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. is the owner of The Smile Shack, and he just built a brand new beautiful very modern office, and very modern and professional facility and staff!!! So you get the very BEST modern dental techniques and practices being done on you as a patient with Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S.. Another FANTASTIC thing about choosing Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. as your Dentist, is that since he is the owner of the practice and the building, he is not going to be gone when you return, he will be there for you as a patient, friend, and part of The Smile Shack Family forever!!! I do not like it when these other type Dentists are there in one location and practice and then vanished to someplace else and other state and town, and I can not have a reliable Dentist in my life that way. I had my Crown - Porcelain/Ceramic Substrate done by Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. at The Smile Shack located in Zanesville, Ohio at 3839 James Court Zanesville, Ohio 43701 Telephone Number (740) 454-4112. This is the third Crown - Porcelain/Ceramic Substrate I have had done by Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S.. I also had a Root Canal done by Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. and his work is A+ Fantastic!!! I could not ask for a better Dentist!!! Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. is the Best Dentist I have ever been to in my life, and I have been to a few different Dentists, but once I found Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. I have never looked for another Dentist again!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. for years!!! Thank God I found Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. and his professional staff that all do A+ work and treat you the very best!!! The three Crowns that Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. did, fight tight, the way they are suppose to, in between my teeth, so food does not keep going down in between my teeth and being trapped. Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak's work is of the highest professional degree, and the very best most professional work I have had the pleasure of ever having done, and the three Crowns - Porcelain/Ceramic Substrate's are all holding up a long time which is WONDERFUL!!!

Also the Root Canal Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak D.D.S. did went FANTASTIC as well, and now I have NO MORE PAIN!!! My Fillings also ALL went FANTASTIC and now I am PAIN FREE!!! I also had a Resin-One Surface, Posterior-Permanent 31 done and that went very well as well, FANTASTIC!!!. Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, D.D.S. is the Very Best Dentist around!!! My Adult Fluoride Treatments, Exams, Prophylaxis-Adult, Cleanings, Bitewings - Films, Sealants, also all A+ Very Well Done, EXCELLENT!!!

The best dentist around. Started coming here because this is where my parents went, but now that I'm old enough to appreciate it, Dr. Labishak is really fantastic. Probably no surprise I've never had a cavity - they do great work and give great dental advice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Labishak for a few years now and for the most part he gets to me in a fairly timly manner. My neck tends to hurt me and he, to increase comfort will used extra sponges behind my neck. As for the rest of the staff, they are all very kind and knowledgeable. Their work is top quality and I have and will continue to reccomend them to my friends and family - for whichever if my family members don't already go there.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, DDS., and The Smile Shack for several years, and he is a Very Modern, Very Professional, Very Kind and Extremely Caring Dentist. I give him an A+, and the Highest Rating I can give him. I like when you enter his Brand New, State of The Art Dental office, called The Smile Shack, and how open it is, and how very friendly and attentive his staff are. He always keeps up with the New Dental Technology, and uses the New Dental Technology to better serve his Patients, and I feel this as his Patient, and it definitely shows. I Love the way my teeth look, thanks to Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, DDS., and his Loving Staff at The Smile Shack!! I also like the fact that there is no sliding glass window at his office, that makes you feel like a number, and not a Patient!! You can just walk right up and say "Hello", no blocking wall of glass, and what a refreshing way to be treated as a Patient, more like a FRIEND, Greeted with a Warm "Hello" and a Smile!! That alone made me feel Warm and Welcomed and Cared for. I do not like these, what I call, assembly line Dentists, that make you feel like just another number to them and NOT a Friend or Patient. They just care about your money and not you as a person. Pard Me, but I was raised to feel like a person and not a number, and that is how I am treated every time at Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak's Dentist office, The Smile Shack, they treat me like a Friend, Warm and Cared for!! I am always able to feel at ease because of how I am treated as a Patient and Friend, by Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, DDS., and his Very Professional, Very Friendly, Very Caring, and Extremely Nice Staff at The Smile Shack. I also like the fact that Dr. Jeffrey A. Labishak, DDS., is also the Owner of the place, and here to stay in Zanesville, Ohio as my FOREVER Dentist, and Friend!! I could not have picked a better Dentist in the WORLD!!
