Yuma experiences pleasant desert warmth all year round, along with cooling effects from the Colorado River. The community offers pull-through RV spaces with full hookups (30 and 50 amps) and paved patios. Daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are available. Amenities include basic cable, a recreation hall, shower facilities, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, a dog walk, and laundry facilities. Pets are accepted under community policies. A grocery and drug store are walking distance away.
