        Last evening - yes Christmas Eve - I had a pipe burst requiring water supply to house to be turned off. A prior plumber I had used twice couldn't even respond to two messages left with their answering service. I called all around - either no answer or sorry not tonight. I thought I would have to go to a hotel. That is until I called Bert NORMAN'S PLUMBING in Yulee. They kept in touch with me throughout the evening and had someone come out first thing this morning - yes Christmas Day! What a professional job they did, and their price - unbelievably fair and reasonable - particularly on Christmas morning. I would have been happy to pay double what they charged and the job they did would have been worth it. My new NUMBER ONE PLUMBER - BERT NORMAN'S PLUMBING IN YULEE!

        Overall

        We were highly satisfied that Norman's Plumbing were able to come out same day with no extra charge. The technician was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 20 minutes.
