If I could give them no stars, I would. I hate these banks!! Not necessarily this one in particular. My original mortgage lender sold to Bank of America and now I am stuck with them. They want to charge $20 just to make a principal payment to my mortgage over the phone and they wont let you make a principal payment online unless you make it at the same time as you regular payment. What a joke!!! In this terrible economy and housing industry you would think they would be happy that someone is trying to make extra payments. I will never use them again and wish that I could refinance right NOW!!
