        The storage facility seemed li...

        The storage facility seemed like a really nice place but once we left (with verbal and written notice) we kept getting billed automatically for months! We had to call on multiple occasions and was told it was taken care of but we kept getting billed. After the manager assured us it would not happen again she refused to refund our loss saying there was never a letter and refused to tell us who her boss was to file a complaint.
