        Overall

        Price is good. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Plenty of activities. Rooms are spacious. Every resident I met, including my grandfather, says this is a good place. This isn't a Brookhurst residence, but it's a great value for the price. I would happily live there.

        Facility is very clean. Staff was very helpful and eager to please. One of the nicest assisted living facilities I have seen locally.
