THE BEST TRADITIONAL GREEK FOOD IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA !!!!!!

I've only been there a couple of times because it's out of my way. My first experience eating a gyro! It was pretty tasty but the lettuce was turning brown. The girl behind the counter (she seemed to be one of the owner's family) patiently explained what was in several of their dishes (obviously I'm not familiar with Greek food) which I appreciated. Nice folks, but I doubt I'll be back.

My family and I love the fat greek. We eat there frequently, about 3 times a month. They have great customer service and great food. It can be a little pricey but the portion sizes are generous. Anytime the owners are there they are super friendly and always ask if everything tastes good. The food is fresh and made to order, thats why it takes a little time to get your food! I would recommend this resturant to everyone!

I went here with my wife on a Friday evening, and no one was there, despite being resturaunt "rush hour." I never see anyone dining there. Anyway, we went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 combo meals and one order of fried mushrooms, nothing special in any way. IT TOOK 35 MINUTES AFTER WE PAID TO GET OUR FOOD, and cost almost $30! And it was terrible! The meat was bland and obviously not fresh, the portions were small, the veggies were wilted, and the freid mushrooms were so doughy and flavorless they could have passed for boogers. We will never go there again. As I said, I never see anyone there (I pass it twice daily) and I'm suprised they are still in business.

You would think it's just another fast food restaurant! wow!! what a surprise! They had a great menu and actually bring the food to your table,this place has excellent greek food, I had their avgolemono chicken soup, it was incredible!!! For my main course I had the moussaka plate, which was large and very tasty, and their spanakopita was to die for!!! Next time I visit i'm gonna save some room for some baklava!!! highly recommend!!!!!!
