Stater Bros.

I've shopped at stater bros for the past 25 years. since the changing of the checkout stands, every thing has become impersonal. a lot of the items i used to get, i can no longer find them. They claim to have 1000's of lower prices, but i fail to see that. By the time i walk out of the store i am in a bad mood. the clerks/baggers, speak among themselves and ignore the customer. No assistance is offered anymore, (even when i had my broken hand last year, i had to request assistance, and most of the time, i had to remind them again). there is either stater bros or another grocery store here in Yucaipa, and the other is way too expensive. there is a stater bros in Redlands, on Colton Ave. that is just as bad. I'm ready to go drive to another city to shop, as i am disgusted with Staters. customer service?? there is NO such thing as customer service any more. businesses do not care, because they don't have to care. the customer means nothing anymore.
