The other review eludes to great service initially. That is what I experienced. I was advised that my TV, a rear projection non-HD TV would cost me if I did not return to pick it up. It was also in the paperwork. As well as the diagnosis of the issue with it costing for the owner's time. All of which makes perfect sense to me, he is running a business after all. I am paying for his expertise. It also makes sense that he may not always be able to repair everything. People often believe that everything can be repaired. Bottom line, I spent less than I would have to buy a new TV an mine was repaired, more than a year ago now, nearing two years... Thank you sir!
