Veteran's Cab

Everytime I call this company there is an issue. The drivers themselves are very nice and always professional. However the dispatch person is a miserable idiot. He talks to me crazy everytime I call and refuses to give me his supervisors information. He once told me to put my child in a stroller and walk to my destination. I am trying to pay for a service. It's not his job to tell me what I should do. The person who answers the phone thinks he can be disrespectful and thinks he knows how everyone should live there life. I don't have a license... I'm not broke... It's not your business... Dispatch my cab... That's your job. I absolutely can not stand that a phone operator for a cab company is allowed to treat paying customers this way. Vetrans cab sucks for this reason. Like I said, the drivers are great, always give them a big tip, the operator is THE WORST!

The dispatcher is all ways so rude. He has hung up on me several times. I'm 54 years old and have no car. So on daus the buses don't run I must call cabs. To night I called and was told they were backed up and it would be about 45 minutes and told me to call blue cab. I told him I had ro work awhile yet and that I could wait. He rudely said I needed to call blue cab and hung up on me . I called blue cab and they said it would be an hour. So I calked back Vets cab back and that very rude man took my info and said ok we will be there in 2 hours and hung up on me (AGAIN). What happened to the 45 minute wait. I think he was just mad I called back. I wonder if the owner knows this man is running his business into the ground. I would give NO stars but the drivers are always so nice.

I called this company because I know people that work there but they all say the same thing .......the dispatcher is RUDE!!! Actually that's being nice. He wanted to charge me alot more than Blue Cab. He called me names and insisted on getting paid "up front" and accused me of being a "chiseler" because I asked what are their rates they charge and would not tell me their rates. He told me to "Go get a ride some place else" and hung up on me. VETRANS CAB SERVICE SUCKS! I Give this outfit......ZERO STARS

THIS CAB SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Last night, me and my friends called them from Ypsi and asked if they could take us to Ann Arbor, and they said yes and that they would be there soon. After 30 minutes had gone by, I called back and politely asked if our cab was on the way or if there was an issue, and they said that there was no issue and the cab would be there soon. 20 minutes later, still no cab. I called again and this time asked if we should call another cab or if it was on the way, and they said, once again, that it would be there in a few minutes. 20 more minutes went by and no cab showed up. Me and my friends had to call our place of work, which conveniently has delivery, and ask them to please come get us...at 2am in Ypsi. It was TERRIBLE. NEVER USE VETERAN'S CAB.
