Wonderful staff

No upgrades or changes have been made to this facility since Rave Motion Pictures bought it. It still looks like Showcase Cinemas; everywhere there used to be the word "Showcase" has been blacked out and only "Cinemas" appears, even on the front of the building. There also is still that odd large video game area but nothing is in it so it's a huge area of empty space. We went there expecting to see a movie and up until 5 minutes before the person collecting tickets made us stand against the wall instead of entering the theater area because she said the theater wasn't ready. Finally she let us in and a number of other people were already seated. Obviously they were seating! Then the movie started and the projection ratio was off so the movie was stretched vertically and cut off on the top and bottom making the movie unwatchable. When we notified Customer Service they said they would fix it as soon as they could but wouldn't start the movie over. At that point it was useless. The only r
