Technagroup

We ceased being customers of TechnaGroup many years ago and yet they have continued to flood our inbox every month for years now with "zero-balanced" billing statements. I have called them numerous times (no one EVER answers or calls back) leaving messages to please take us off their email list. None the less, their billing statements continue. I have hit the "unsubscribe" button monthly for years and again, they completely ignore it. Isn't that illegal? When looking around for technical support, just know that this company DOES NOT answer phone calls, DOES NOT return phone calls, has not only out-dated email/billing information but HAS NO DESIRE to update that information and totally IGNORES the unsubscribe button on their email. This company is like gum on your shoe, you will never get rid of them.
