I used to love this bakery, until I ordered our wedding cake from them. We had been in three times prior and not once were we told we had to bring our cake topper, so my husband ran out rehearsal day to give it to them. No problem, until the wedding day! They made us deliver it and didn't put it on the cake AND they were an HOUR late on delivery time. The owner himself dropped it off, AND was completely rude. He insulted My mother in law and he was lucky I stayed away from him. My mother in law called in for me as I could not to tell of our troubles because we were instructed to call Rose. Rose has Zero people skills. When asked for our delivery fee back (which is ONLY fair since they were an hour late), they first refused. We got our deposit fee back for the plastic wear, and were given 40 dollars store credit. Yeah, just what I want, more crappy service from them. We were also insulted and verbally degraded. I should have known better when the woman I rented the hall off of said they were bad news. You got that right. NEVER GO HERE FOR A WEDDING CAKE!!

I have always gotten fabulous baked goods from here. We always get cake from here for any occasion. Their cookies are always fresh and well made. They have wonderful fresh bread without all the weird additives you get at the grocery store plus donuts that are full of flavor (I have never been a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts or Krisy Creme).

I ordered a birthday cake from there for my 2 year old's birthday. What I got was NOTHING like I was told. The picture of Elmo was supposed to be traced and filled with icing and have balloons- NOT an edible image. What I received was a cake that looked like they printed a poor quality picture of Elmo and the wording, cut it out, and slapped it on the cake. Plus it was caving in on one side. I could have bought a better looking cake at Sam's Club or made my own. They then said they would take $15 dollars off of the $47 I spent on it (ridiculous!). After much complaining they did make another cake but they should be embarrassed for making something like that and acting like they did nothing wrong. I will never do business with them again. I only gave one star because I had to in order to review.

Old product. Baked in the middle of the night, and 10-12 hours old daily. Cakes are week old, after being frozen for weeks, Yummy not!! The owners father was a great baker, but the son is one apple that fell far from the tree. Wouldn't eat there on a bet. They're never held accountable for the crap they sell. I'd rather run into something sharp. Save your hard earned money. Misfits from bakerland. I had to give one star, but it should be minus 5 stars.

this is my families favorite bakery!! we always have gone here when we have out of town company and when we just want sweets. IT'S THE BEST AROUND!!!!

Just like my aunt's. They are the best! Why bake when you can have it done for you. Highly recommend

I bought a banana strawberry cream cake after one of the cashiers said it was their best. If that was the best ai'd hate to see the worst. The banana was too ripe and spoiled and I threw the entire cake away and rushed to buy a grocery store one---which was much better. I went Classic Bakery with the reciept for the refund and told them that it was inedible...I should have said disgusting because I had to spit it out. The manager said I would have had to bring a piece of the cake back to get some money back. STAY AWAY!
