Some things never change. I should have listened to the reviews given a few years back. The African American gentleman at the front was EXTREMELY rude. He's a hard man with a bad attitude. The website is MISLEADING it's prices are wrong and it doesn't tell you all the extra fees they'll hit you with. They don't work with you they are only after your money! I told the man I would not rent there again and he just said "you're not a coutomer if you don't pay". So what does that mean for everyone just looking at equipment? that they aren't truly coustomers until they rent something?! I rented something and was going to come back, but after being treated very badly I 100% DO NOT RECOMEND!

Overpriced and snotty!

Man who owns it is very rude to women especially and we are the ones who really spend money on our wedding and such. I took my cash else where and got a much better deal. Without the I know more than you atitude

Don't rent here. I had problems with Chainsaw I rented. The manager (Rick) accused me of abusing it. I told him I was cutting a Birch, which is a hard wood tree and the chain was smoking. He would not believe me. Gave me a refund but REFUSED to rent me another chain saw. I went to Lowes to buy a chainsaw. The Poulan chainsaw worked great and there were no problems. Looks like ABZ gave me a chainsaw with a dull blade but blamed me for the chain being ruined. DONT GO THERE AGAIN
