Quick trip in and out very professional and knowledgeable about my injury very impressed with their courtesy and treating me like a person not just another patient

Went to the York location located on route 30 for a regular cold check up, I asked the lady who checked me in how much you'll think it will cost for a visit like this, her reply was exactly as fallow: your insurance will cover it, you don't have to pay anything.

Went in to see the doctor, he was VERY unprofessional, he kept on playing with his stethoscope the whole time, rolling it making circular motions, I never saw a doctor who carry him self such away! After 5 minutes or so, the visit was done telling me its just a regular cold virus, took me to the checkout desk, and left without signing on the prescription, I had to wait till he was done with another patient. 2 weeks later, I got a bill of 210$!!! I don't know about everyone, but I never payed that much for a simple visit like this!!! This place is a scam, unprofessional, liars, they don't want you to know the cost until you get it in the mail, SURPRISE! AND, when i called to complain about the cost, the person who answered the phone hang up on me!!!

Do not go there, you will be better off with ANY other place out there, this was my worst doctor experience as whole, from staff, to cost!

Called in to take my grandaughter because she was sick. I was told if you have insurance that they don't accept YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO PAY CASH. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! They refused to see her
