I work in the customer service field and I find it very hard to be pleased. I'm usually that person who says, " I should of just did it myself ". It just seems like people just don't care anymore and it's solely about getting the job done despite how it's conveyed. Eric gave me free boxes to help cut the cost of purchasing boxes. He Confirmed our move date more than once. He Called the morning of, asking If I needed anything and even asked if I wanted donuts ;-)).
