Frank's Pizzeria

This place is horrible. Took over two hours to deliver when 45 min to an hour was promised. The pizza looks and tastes like it was made the previous day. Do not order from here.

I called to order a Philly cheesesteak sub with letteuce and the regular stuff and they tried to charge me 9.50 as soon as I said usually my bill comes up to 8.50 the man on the phone slammed the phone and i heard him cussing. I called back and told them that they were very rude for what they did.

They had me waiting over 3 hours for my food and wonderful to hear the fries were cold and stale the sandwich was cold the service sucks and I tried to talk to somebody in charge and there was nobody in charge of the place that's what they told me

Whenever I really have a problem with you people your fries are always freaking cold and burnt every time I order from you people your fries are always burnt they are never hot learn how to cook them properly and keep them hot until you deliver them to your customers this time when I called I even told the person to make sure the fries were hot and she said yes they will definitely be hot when they got here they were freezing cold and burnt to a crisp

the delivery guy stopped an had a conversation in the middle of the street had me waiting cause traffic than! gave me the wrong order --___-- ...i really like this place but they just got to get it together

Establishment needs some work. ...the CHEESE BURGER SUB, delicious

Gave me the wrong order and refused to correct THEIR mistake. Quality of food is not even close to what it was. What happened?!?!? I will go to Little Caesars before I even think of coming here. Won't let me give them no stars or I would.

We just ordered pizza from here and was delivered a hot pizza in a walmart box. When my fiancé tipped the guy they said "sorry we ran out of sauce. If that was the fact they shoulda told us that when we orderd the pizza 20 minutes before it got here. We were up set until it dawned upon us that the pizza we ordered last night from here tastes and looks the same as the walmart artisan pizzas they just delivered to us hot in the original box that we just purchased for 18$ with tip, just different because the pizza from last night was in the generic pizza delivery box. At walmart it's sold for 3$ and For 2 years we have been ordering from them and we are very loyal customers. I feel my taste buds and wallet have been lied to and deceived. I can't even right now and will never buy anything there again, ever. I hope for every one in York that orders there reads this and shares it or what ever. people need to know of the bs.

This place reheats old pizza and send it out. The place has roaches and rats stay away!!!!!

dirty place do not ware gloves they sweat over ur food needs fixed up bad he dont pay poor bad pizza place

This pizza place is awesome. great food, good prices, wonderful deliver guys.
