Apple Honda

great sales group; very attentive. the downfall was the actual day of purchasing the car. I was passed over and had to wait until someone was available even though I had an appointment. the paperwork took FOREVER!! I feel a lot of the paperwork could have been done ahead of time.

Our experience with Apple Honda exceeded our expectations. I got a great deal on a 2013 Hybrid Civic. Greg Sohnleitner is an amazing sales representative. He answered all our stupid questions and knew everything about the car. He even helped us set up our Bluetooth connection with our phone. It is a great car. We are getting about 40 mpg combined.

Have always had good serice - until this last time. When I called to set up appt. I said I wanted to make an appt. to get my car inspected. the gentleman I talked to had a million questions when the info should have been in my file. I was very frustrated when I hung up with all the questions - even asked me what Tech I wanted. I also wanted my oil changed while my car was there. After 45 minutes I was called on my cell and the representative said by the way you know your car is due for an inspection. I said yes that is why I called. We had to wait an extra 1/2 hour for this to be done.

Top notch from scheduling an appointment to a car wash when finished. Everything in between is also great!

Honda has always been reputable. However, Abe Miller at York Honda is the best! I'm sure there are many good reps there, but I schedule all my work through Abe. I am very particular with my car. Abe always takes time to explain things thoroughly and clearly to me, and answers any questions I may have. I feel comfortable enough to really trust his judgment. Thanks, Honda, for having such a great employee who represents Honda well and always puts his best foot forward to your customers--which is why customers such as I continue to return to and remain loyal to York Honda!
