General Info

Eric Brown Designs Homes from the preliminary stage through the permit process and all the way through the construction. With 14 years of experience doing residential and commercial architectural projects at an architecture firm and 6 years of experience building custom homes and additions in southern Pennsylvania, I have extensive experience in all aspects of the home design/build process. I graduated from Drury University in Springfield, MO with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1996. My collaborative design process will help you convert your ideas into drawings and renderings of your new home or addition project. I will meet with you to discuss your current needs, ideas, dreams, lifestyle and future needs. Together, we will examine your property to gain an understanding of the adjacent structures, neighborhood, lot orientation and topography of the land. After our consultation, I will compile a step-by-step plan for your project based on your unique set of circumstances. I have collaborated with many local construction companies and can help you select a contractor that will be right for your project. I focus on creating energy-efficient designs.I offer two main levels of service: 1.Preliminary Design Drawings - Basic floor plans and front elevation. 2.Permit/Construction Drawings - Full floor plans, all exterior elevations, details, schedules, etc.
