        Horrible customer service, complete lack of communication regarding treatment. They don't inform owners of treatments rendered then demand payment, or they withhold your pet. Picked up my dog from boarding whom now has fleas and wasn't even properly cared for while in their care. Filing a complaint with the NC veterinary board
