I popped into the Worcester branch, at the last minute ,on my way to a vacation in Mexico. I do not remember his name—the clerk had curly hair and glasses and a calm and gentle demeanor— but he was thorough and informative in answering my questions about traveler's checks and currency exchange and I was given both a map and guidebook, compliments with my membership. After my vacation and forgetting the man's name, I have been digging my brain all week for his name, but if my description of him serves adequately, I hope that the employer were to read this review and acknowledge that he was extremely helpful. I am happy to be a member.
Ok so here it goes. I read the other reviews n was a bit concerned. However after talking to them I decided to go ahead w them cuz they were in the area of my 2 vehicles. I was told to text so I did. My vehicles traveled cross country. I was always texted back, my vehicles were not at all damaged and no miles were put on them. The driver was a nice hardworking guy. I would recommend them in a minute. I also met a guy who's 2 vehicles traveled w mine cross country n unloaded at the same time. He also seemed fine w how it went. The price never changed at any time from start to finish.
Last week I went to AAA Worcester to renew the plates on my leased auto. I had not received any renewal paperwork from either the MA RMV or my leasing company and was uncertain if AAA could help me. Not only did they renew my registration and issue the plate decal but I also purchased Showcase theater tickets and picked up travel info for an upcoming trip to ME in far less time than I would have spent at the Reistry just renewing my plates. AAA Worcester is to be commended for its professional and friendly customer service. Thanks so much for your help! Jerry
