Awful customer service.
Awful customer service. Called for a cab last night and told the dispatcher where i was going and then where to pick me up. After I told him my address, he proceeded to say "Jesus Christ!! You just told me a different address!!" And as I proceeded to apologize and to clarify the situation, he hung up on me. This is the first time I called them and will definitely be my last. Not sure what type of grown men work here or how they even have any business at all, but this place is terrible. Last night I called for a cab and the dispatcher would not send one for me. He hung up on me numerous times and was very rude. In the end I never got a cab home. My parents contribute money to pay for the Safe Ride service at Assumption College and it is ridiculous that I could not use that service last night. I did not appreciate being hung up on and being treated that way. This is not the first time he has been rude. I cannot believe Yellow Cab would want someone like that working for them
