        Bad Service

        My experience at Trippi's was awful. They are not military friendly at all. We took military uniforms to have the patch replaced and specific instructions was given as to the measurements. When we picked it up, we were surprised to see that one of the patches was totally off and when presented with the error no apologies was given and instead we were told they will call us tomorrow once they finish fixing it. We never got a phone call and when we went to pick it up, the lady pointed at the military jacket for me to pick it up myself and still no apologies. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very bad service and not friendly!
