Pearla Dental

I am very happy with the treatment I have received and am receiving from Pearla Dental. They gave me back my confidence to smile again.

I went for my first appointment here last week and left extremely satisfied! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Mona was very down to earth and easy to talk to about my problems. They were also very cautious about my pregnancy and what we could and couldn't do. The wait wasn't bad - they put a movie on for you to help pass the time. The receptionist also came in to let me know what the cost would be ahead of time - a very unsual and much appreciated thing! I had been living with constant pain that my past dentist hadn't been able to fix, and the day after my appointment at Pearla I didn't feel the pain anymore! I was in shock! Definitely recommending them to friends and family...and will be bringing my lttle one here when he/she is old enough!

I was so happy with the work Dr. Mona did on my front teeth I wanted to hug her. I never thought my teeth would look so good again. Thank-you, thank-you, thank you! It was my sons first time here. He is afraid of dentist, but he loved being here. He's 8 years old and now instead of fighting to go to the dentist, I can't get him to leave the dentist. They were great with explaining whats going on with his teeth and the treatment. And no waiting, right in and out. And made his next appointment in a few days to handle the pain, not weeks from now. We both really enjoyed being here. All the staff were very nice. They provided us with an outstanding level of care during his treatment. Thank you

I have been amazed at the care and ability the Doctor exhibits. I have never been to a Dentist as capable and kind as she has been in my entire life.



I would recommend the Doctor unreservedly to anyone needing a Dentist. She is terrific!!

I took my daughter here for a second opinion and I was so happy the wonderful dentist was able to help her. She is only 5 and the female dentist was so good with her. The dental assistants seems to be very experienced with kids and are patient and work very well with them :). I would love to give this place 5 stars but they do have one huge downfall. They have a receptionist there that is just so rude. She has this "ghetto" attitude and sounds so confrontational and is so difficult to speak with. She is horrible at answering the phones and spends so much time chatting in personal conversations that I have to wait in line forever. She is not professional and I think it would be in Pearla's best interest to speak with her or replace her with someone kind and courteous. The receptionist is the first person you see when you walk in and it should be a pleasant experience. Other than that, GREAT DENTIST!

Pleasantly Pleased. Having had extensive work in the past, I was pleasantly pleased to experience the prompt, immediate, personal attention that was given. I hadn't reviewed this type of service or attention until I came here to Pearla. I am most grateful for the work that was done at Pearla and I do highly recommend them to my friends.

We are truly happy to have found Pearla Dental after visiting numerous others clinics. The environment was comfortable, friendly, caring and affordable. My wife needed extensive treatment including crowns and I wanted to have it all completed before the end of the year. The clinic was quite accommodating to our specific needs. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help patients with their dental needs. Definitely, my dentist of choice and I would recommend it to everyone.

STAY AWAY! Tried to have a crown done: stopped on Friday 11/18, set up an appointment for Tuesday 11/22 at 10am. Pearla Dental called me on Monday saying that I'm all set and a crown will be done before Dec.7th. When I arrive in at 9.45 was told that it will have to more expensive (due to "express" service), was told that I'll taken in shortly. I left the place at 10.50 - nobody cared about me; was shown the movie while waiting for a dentist who actually took two other patients in the meantime! That's ridiculous - I'll tell everyone to never use this place!!! Nobody - from the management - bothered also to call me eventually to try to check what happened...

There's movie and games in the reception area The staff is friendly and helpful. They asked my children if they would like to play a video game while waiting.



The female dentists showed me my cavities on the TV in the dental chair before working on them.



Although the place is sometimes busy, its nice, modern and easy going. A welcome change.

We took our 3 kids to the office and were VERY impressed in the friendliness of the staff and dentist and the cleanliness of the office. The waiting room is huge and has video games and books for the kids.

They apparently have weekly raffles for more games. I'm sticking with this place.

I have been treated by 2 dentists here, most recently by Dr. Lee. Cavities are no fun, but he and the rest of the staff worked efficiently and carefully.



The equipment is clean and modern. The place itself is either relatively new, or it was recently remodeled. It is a very high-end feel, with flat screen TVs, and a general clean environment. The receptionist and other staff are also helpful & friendly. Pearla Dental is the only Dentist I go to in Worcester for a reason.
