What a great place with consistent procedures and guidelines! The staff and owners are always willing to go the extra mile. The place is always clean and family friendly. It sounds like the complainers must have not gotten their way and more than likely didn't follow the business guidelines. No wonder the staff and owners didn't want to accommodate the below complainer. I wouldn't want that person in my facility either!

I think JumpNplace is a great facility! They are always willing to go the extra mile for the customers. I think the first person who reviewed is completely wrong and they are just stupid and no way could JumpNplace mess up the schedule. I have book all of my kids parties here and there has never been a problem. As a mother of 3 kids all under the age of 10, I can surely vouch for this company. Their prices are great! Their staff is very accomadating and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! People complain about their prices but no one stops to think about what that compan is having to pay in electricty bills and various other bills. I think for what they offer the prices are wonderful! Please take your family to play and experience the wonderful people at JumpNplace. I am so glad to have a safe and fun place for my kids to play at.

Hmmm. We had my grandson's 1st birthday party there 11/12/11 and it was a great experience. Everyone from the front desk attendant and the owner to the employees stationed at the jumping areas was friendly and courteous. When the party and gift opening was going on, the girl assigned to our party, gave out the cake and wrote down the names and presents. I have nothing but praise and high recommendations for this place. All I can say is in this case as in any party rental facility -- maybe one should check and confirm all rules and regulations before booking or arriving.
